The house has a single-story layout, which ensures comfort and accessibility for all guests. In addition, it consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, one of them en suite with a full bathroom and shower, and another bathroom with a shower, ensuring that all guests have the space and privacy they need.



To ensure a comfortable stay, the house has ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room, which means you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about the heat.

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.

There are 2 double beds of 160x190m, 1 of 140x190m and a sofa bed of 140x195m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.
