Time to enjoy some time at the "Wright Spot" in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. This 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath condo has been newly renovated and offers a very cool and relaxing "Euro" style location for your next trip to Wrightsville Beach. Located on the top floor and at the corner of Lumina Ave and Asheville St, the condo is in the "Wright Spot" Enter the condo and find the ultra cool white kitchen with all of the modern touches. It easily flows into the living area where you will find comfortable sofas and plenty of space to relax. Down the hall you will find a 1/2 bath in addition to the full bath with glass shower, while the bedroom offers a queen size bed. The condo also offers a loft that is accessible by a ladder. Here you will find 2 twin beds and is great for small kids to enjoy their own space. Step outside onto the large deck and enjoy a cocktail or meal at the table for 4 and enjoy the afternoon sun and views of Banks Channel. The beach is just a quick walk, abut 200 steps away. Sounds access is also just a few steps away. Location is key to this condo. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping, grocery, and nightlife are just steps away. Come find out why we call this condo "The Wright Spot"!

Awesome location near beach

Pros: location can't be beat. Can't hear much noise from street traffic or partiers. Kitchen and bath are modern. Loft was a hit with kids. Very clean and tidy with no bugsCons: no door code for access, master bed is not good for side sleepers-really stiff and hard, bathroom ceilings are mildewed. Tv sound keeps going out and had to unplug TV to reset. No umbrella on deck and awning pole is missing. No cutting board in kitchen.

A Great Time at the Wright Spot

We were pleased with the accomodations, as they met all of our expectations. The apartment was clean and comfortable and we loved the close proximity to the beach. The only draw back was the shower was a little small, very little space to maneuver. But we were grateful for the hot water.

Family reunion 2023

It was a cute place close to the beach so we only had to walk across the street. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the step into the unit was too high. I misjudged stepping out and almost fell. The owners should add a riser for safety

Not what we bargained for :(

Yes, good location... yes, it was clean... yes, property manager responsive to our issues. That's as far as it goes for this real estate managed, sub-par unit. The a/c went out and it required two trips to fix. Understandable as these things happen. However, bed is full, not a queen as advertised. There is no furniture on the patio, as shown in the picture. We had to request lamps be brought into the unit. This unit is furnished with IKEA and the bare minimum was spent doing that. No router for internet, so we needed to wait to find the password for the unit below. Ohh, and closet hangers??? Forget it..... three plastic hangers that you get from Walmart for pants. Dresser in the bedroom? Nope.... they used extra kitchen cabinets for that. This is the first time we have been disappointed with a VRBO... but now that realtors are using it to market their managed properties, I suppose the homey feel goes out the window.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the condo. The HVAC has been replaced and the internet works just fine. The bed is a queen and is as advertised. The condo is in great shape and everything is working properly. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

It's perfect for a couple or just 4 people if two people are capable of climbing the stairs to the loft. The loft is a little difficult to get up there for a small child or elderly. But for anyone else, it's sufficient for sleeping and comfortable. The 1 bedroom is nice and spacious with room to put away your stuff. The entire place was pretty clean. You are very close to the beach which is so nice. And you have a nice view of the bay. The deck is so spacious, I do wish it had more of a comfortable seating area so you can sit outside and eat breakfast or dinner. It does have a high top so we did spend a ton of time out there. The check in and check out process was easy. We had an issue with the washing machine and I called the day after check in and I was told I would get a call back but never did. With a toddler, we desperately needed the washing machine and when I called again days later, someone else was able to give me a solution which was very helpful.

The rental house itself needs a little updating with the couch and bed. It felt like the comforter and pillow shams were not washed, and couch had stains all over it.

The location was very convenient since it is by N Lumina and the center of the restaurant/shop area, but it there’s also traffic noise on weekend nights. The unit felt clean except I would suggest they wash the bathroom rugs and the bedspread after each visitor. Those did not look clean.

Good location

This little condo is conveniently located. Furniture was not very comfortable for us—it is probably a better place for younger adults! The bed is very firm and the outside lights on the building next door shine right through the blinds—could use some additional curtains on the bedroom window, or bring an eye mask for sleeping.

Excellent place for a quick getaway

Amazing location in Wrightsville Beach. Apartment is clean, quiet and cool. Kitchen is well stocked for light cooking. Only problem was lack of Wi-Fi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the price. Checkin/checkout procedure was easy. It was a very close walk to the beach. The location did have steps to get up to so not good for persons with physical limitations. Also the loft sleeping was perfect for my teenage son but the loft ladder was a little challenging, younger kids would have a hard time with it. Also to note the shower worked great for us but was very small - it would be difficult to help a small child with bathing/showering. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. The main couch was kind of uncomfortable being low to the ground but if you wanted it for sleeping it would work out nicely - kind of a futon type situation. Overall very pleased with our stay I do think people should know the limitations of the property - not the best for small children or for those with trouble with stairs. The newness and cleanliness were very welcome though. The place was very well kept. And if you like taking walks the beach was very close and the street was fun and active with many others taking walks, runs, and bike rides.

Great little spot

This property was exactly as advertised. The upgraded interior was a nice touch. We we were just steps from the beach as well which was nice. Would stay here again.

Nice place for a small family

Nice, clean place to stay. The shower is small, and there is no bathtub. Appliances and fixtures have been updated. It’s in a convenient location. Parking is tight but manageable. Overall a good place to stay.

The Right Wright Spot

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Wright Spot in Wrightsville Beach. Booking was easy, the real estate staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful, and the property was comfortable and met our expectations. Thank you for a great few days at the beach!

Absolutely the Wright Spot

The location is ideal....1 block from restaurants and shops in town, 1/2 block from Banks Channel with a view from the balcony, 2 short blocks to the beach. Enjoyed a day trip to the Riverfront Park in historic downtown Wilmington and restaurants. Wrightsville Sands was a delight to work with. We'll definitely stay here again.

The finishes and furniture were minimal/IKEA grade, and there was enough space for a small family. We were disappointed to learn that linens were not included in the price and cost extra, and even more disappointed in the quality of the linens. The sheets were stiff and uncomfortable. And the bed was super soft and hot (assuming it was a foam bed, but didn't unzip the plastic cover to confirm). Overall we would rent the unit again, but for no more than a couple of days, as we didn't get the best sleep.
