Location. Location. Location. Beautiful and Comfortable accommodations near all that Boise has to offer! Whether it's a family vacation, an extended business stay, or a shopping trip to the City, this house is well appointed and perfectly situated to make the most of your time in Boise.

THE HOUSE: This 1500 square foot home in a new subdivision offers three bedrooms (1 master King en-suite, 1 Queen, and one bedroom with 4 bunkbeds); 2.5 bathrooms total. Each upstairs bedroom has a television and the bunk room offers a PlayStation 4 game system. The downstairs living area offers a modern kitchen with hardwood floors, dishwasher, and family seating areas as well as a sectional sofa and large screen television. Utility room. Granite counter-tops throughout. The home also offers a double garage. No pets or smoking allowed.

AMENITIES: Access to private neighborhood outdoor swimming pool (seasonal). Cable television and wifi internet. Keurig coffee maker. Well-stocked kitchen with dishes, utencils, and small appliances. Clothes steamer, iron, and washer/dryer. Hair dryer.
The owner has tried to stock the house with all the essentials for your stay!

ABOUT THE LOCATION: The house is located near the I-215/I-15 interchange with easy access to the Boise airport (BOI) and a wide variety of sightseeing, shopping, and dining options. Close to everything downtown. Distance and typical travel times (based on MapQuest data):

Quick trip with ease

We really enjoyed this property. We only stayed 2 nights but found the place to have everything we needed. It was close to everything, clean, and easy to find.

Great space!

Spectacular

This home suited our family well. It is in a very convenient location (can access everything in Boise within about 10 minutes). The home was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Would recommend to anyone traveling to or through Boise. Thank you for providing such a nice home to guests!

Grandchildren loved the game box

Great location, close and easy access. Safe/quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. / Well stocked- batteries were available for chirping fire detector! Our family made great memories in Boise!

Just what we were looking for

This was my first Vrbo experience. It was perfect for what we were looking for. About 15 minutes to downtown Boise. Close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet area. House was clean - Kitchen was full of cooking items. Master Bed and Bath was spacious. Very enjoyable.

Look no further - you've found the perfect spot!

Five of us, including my 4 year old grandson, spent 4 nights for a family wedding. This property accommodated our needs very nicely. It's got an open floor plan, was very clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and even some toys my grandson enjoyed. The 3 bedrooms were spacious and the property has plenty of storage. Of the dozens of VRBO properties we've rented over the years, this was one of the nicer ones.

Very clean & welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay here! The property is in a nice neighborhood and not too far from anything fun to do or Walmart for necessities. The backyard is very small and open/not private, but we were fine with that since we were out doing things most of the time and just closed the blinds when home. We did not use the swimming pool as it is a community pool and was not open during our stay. The pictures are accurate and felt that the house is very nice for the price they ask. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great townhouse close to wineries

We were traveling as a group of 8 middle-aged women to tour the wineries in the Boise area. The townhouse was in a great location with easy access to freeways and shopping. The unit is located at the back of the complex and is very quiet. The interior and furnishings were modern, clean and comfortable. Even though we had a large group, we fit comfortably in the unit. The kitchen table was spacious enough we could all gather round it. The 2 car garage was very convenient for parking. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that we did run into a couple of issues (ants, noisy air conditioning unit, lots of food left in the refrigerator and smelly garbage in garage by previous tenants), but the owners were very responsive and worked with us to resolve the situation. We plan to return to Boise next year as this is an annual trip for us, and would very likely stay here again. A few recommendations: the coffee maker is a Keurig, not a drip, so prepare accordingly. This is a 2-story unit and all bedrooms are on the upper level, so if you have any in your group, like we did, that have difficulty with steep stairs, this might not be the place for you. We used Idaho Wine Tours, and highly recommend them -- Joel the owner/driver is fabulous! If you only have time for one winery, I recommend Parma Ridge and going for lunch. Their char-grilled rib-eye steak is delish, their wines are lovely, and the view is gorgeous!

Thank you for your kind words about our house in Boise. Needless to say, we were surprised about the concerns you encountered -- we're sorry you experienced any inconvenience. We realized that the garbage wasn't picked up as scheduled due to garbage day falling on Independence Day. We went to the house the day after you left and didn't see any ants. Nonetheless, we had the house sprayed. The air conditioning unit was not releasing condensation (hence some noise); we had it repaired. Looking forward to your next visit.
