UPDATE : As of 10/18 they are building a few more townhomes on the East side of our house. You may hear some construction noise / and or construction cars.

Front door code, garage keypad code provided at check in for access. Garage door opener inside also available for your use. The entire home and oversized two car garage are yours to utilize! Also enjoy the front patio and rocking chairs perfect for an energizing sunrise and morning coffee or evening night cap. Park in the garage and/or driveway. Additional parking available on side streets where signs permit.

This home is not suitable for animals/pets of any kind. Owner has severe allergies and asthma.

If your stay exceeds 30 nights we require an extra cleaning fee, one clean on day 15, and one clean when you check out. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help the cleaning crew at the tie of checkout. Please keep this in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $500.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minutes increment after that.

We do have an exterior ring doorbell camera, one on the exterior above the garage door, front patio and camera, and one located in garage. Any disruption in security cameras will result in immediate removal from home do not move or alter them in any way.

We do not provide cable tv, but there are many streaming apps that you may log into.

No pets of any kind /no smoking anywhere on property/vaping/or parties will result in eviction with no refund
If there are any noise complaints we have the right to terminate your reservation with no refund. Please be respectful of neighbors.
