There is a $50 USD credit card or $200 USD cash security deposit required at check-in for incidentals. Must be 21 years old to check-in. Must have valid photo identification and cardholder must be present. Whoever’s name is listed on the reservation for renting our Villa is the person authorized and required to check-in first. In the event that other family members or friends arrive first to the resort, the only person allowed to receive access will be the name listed on the reservation.

Check-In Time is 4:00 p.m. – Check-Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is typically a 4 to 7-minute drive to reach major theme parks. You are approximately 3.4 miles from Universal Orlando Resort and within a short driving distance of Walt Disney Word and SeaWorld. Travel times can vary significantly based on traffic conditions, often ranging from 10 to 20 minutes for more distant park areas like Magic Kingdom.

Important Distinction: Ensure you are navigating to Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, 9500 Turkey Lake Road, Orlando, Florida 32819, as other Westgate properties are located elsewhere.

Westgate Lakes and Spa is considered the finest Villa in the Orlando area! Our Four-Bedroom Presidential Platinum Villa (actually 5 bedrooms) provides incredible spaciousness with an amazing 2,038 square feet of living space overlooking Big Sand Lake with room to sleep up to 16 guests.

A, B & C Lock-off Units are located at end of hallway facing the Big Sand Lake, plus a washer and dryer is located in between all 3 units after entry through the large double doors.

A variety of in-room amenities make staying in the Presidential Villa a truly memorable experience. A fully equipped kitchen in Unit A, along with two kitchenettes, offer the ideal setting for an intimate family meal or a chef-catered event.

The Villa features five bedrooms, [Unit A sleeps 6, Unit B sleeps 4, and Unit C sleeps 6] Unit C has 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with a bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa couch for a total of sleeping 16. The largest Unit A’s master bedroom has a glass shower large enough for 2, private bathroom, an oversized jetted Jacuzzi with romantic changing lights that is surrounded by mirrors, as well as its own private entrance to the largest balcony, flat-screen TVs and 2 outdoor patios (one massive) both overlooking Big Sand Lake which gives you the best seat in the house to view all of the Theme Park’s Fireworks nightly starting at 10:00pm.

Our Westgate Lakes Presidential Villa boasts the perfect setting for a memorable vacation or business trip close to local theme parks and attractions like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Islands of Adventure, LEGOLAND, and Universal Epic Universe which opened in May 2025 that includes distinct themed lands “majestic ports: Celestial Park, Super Nintendo World, Harry Potter’s Ministry of Magic, and How to Train Your Dragon-Isle of Berk”; and Designer Outlet Malls close by.

** Westgate Lakes and Spa has teamed with a company for available SWIMMING LESSONS to purchase at a discounted price for ages 9-month-olds to adults and seniors which is held on the Westgate Lakes & Spa property by appointment only. When planning your vacation and budget, it's advisable to call Westgate to book in advance prior to arrival as these classes fill up fast. Leave your vacation knowing your babies/toddlers/loved ones have learned how to swim. So worth it!

Westgate Lakes & Spa features 7 Swimming Pools and 7 Kiddie Pools in addition to 6 spa tubs (hot tubs) for guest use. The 7 standard resort pools are generally open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm weather permitting.

There are a variety of free activities for all ages on the resort property. You can play tennis, basketball, horseshoes, or even go fishing. Also, consider renting bicycles (for all ages) to ride around the entire resort property for exercise and/or pleasure. Once you check into your rooms, BE SURE to review the Weekly Activities Schedule in your welcome package. Westgate Lakes offers a daily schedule of activities including fitness classes, crafts, and poolside fun. Weekly highlights often feature water aerobics, yoga, trivia, and special events like "Stuff-N-Fluff" or "Tie-Dye Creations".

Need to get some work done? Westgate offers a 24-hour business center, located in the main Pavilion, to support with your needs.

Need to recharge your electric vehicle? Westgate offers EV Charging Stations near the entrance of the Resort.

The Resort encourages being cashless. Westgate accepts all major credit cards including American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Visa & Master Card/Eurocard for payments. They also take Contactless Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).

In addition to everything else, FREE shuttle service is provided for registered guests to Universal Studios from the front lobby any day. Save money for parking as well!

Relax with a 4-Bedroom Lock-off at end of hallways (5 actual bedrooms) overlooking Big Sand Lake while enjoying multiple nightly Fireworks from all of the theme parks starting at 10:00pm, perhaps playing cards, board games, dominos, etc. on the largest Balcony off Unit A, or relax & enjoy the interchanging gorgeous lights in its large JACUZZI surrounded by mirrors in the Master Bedroom which has a private entrance from the master bedroom to the largest balcony overlooking the Lake, or just relax and read your favorite novel with your feet kicked up after a busy day. Either way, there's plenty to do for everyone included. You can feel free to move balcony tables and chairs around (as long as you're quiet doing so) for your pleasure! Please place them back where you found them before you check out.

A Unit has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, i.e., master bedroom has king-sized bed, sliding door from the bedroom to one of 2 balconies, a Jacuzzi tub with colored lights and large glass shower and bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed with attached bathroom and glass shower. Unit A has 2 beautiful “screened-in” balconies (1 large oversized balcony with table and lounging chairs, and the 2nd balcony is equipped with table and chairs). Full kitchen w/Large Refrigerator, [large frigs in Units A and B] regular and convection oven, and all cooking amenities, i.e., plates, pots, pans, glassware, stemware, blender, etc. In addition, Unit A has a large dining table plus counter area spaces with chairs for computer work or eating. Living room has sofa couch and loveseat with fabulous panoramic views to enjoy the magnificent sunsets off Big Sand Lake!

B Unit has queen-sized bed with sleeper sofa in living rm., large refrigerator, and screened-in balcony with table and chairs.

C Unit has two bedrooms; one with a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds, sleeper sofa in living rm., small frig and screened-in balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom has 2 entrances (1 private entry from master bedroom.)

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa features one primary full-service restaurant, the Westgate Smokehouse Grill, serving breakfast and dinner daily, featuring a full bar and kids’ menu. Joe’s Marketplace & Deli which is a convenience store and deli providing made-to-order subs, groceries, Krispy Kreme donuts, Starbucks coffee, as well as the ultimate Ice Cold “Beer Cave” at 34 degrees of perfection! The Marketplace also has a Wine Cellar, and sells various types of Champagne, flavored coolers, and all types of Alcoholic Liquors! In addition, Cordovano Joe’s Pizza offers New York-style pizza for delivery to rooms or poolside as well as pickup. And, you’ll also love the Drafts Bar & Grill with indoor and outdoor seating located directly next door to the Arcade Game Room and the Mini-Bowling for kids. Catch up on your favorite games and sport updates while your children are close by! DoorDash and Uber Eats deliveries welcomed. Grills are also free to use and are located outside all around the Resort. There is also a Whole Foods grocery store and a Super WalMart just down the street 3 mins. away /and gas stations nearby.

*** SERVICE ANIMALS AND PETS ARE WELCOME - PLEASE NOTE:
Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa accepts two dogs with a combined weight up to 60 lbs. A mandatory, non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay, plus a $100 refundable deposit. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the room. Aggressive breeds not permitted, i.e., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds or Doberman Pinschers.

SERVICE ANIMALS are not subject to the same restrictions of pets. Well-behaved dogs may be left in the room unattended in a cage. There is a grassy area for pet relief on the property. (Please bring your own dog waste bag for cleanup.)
