It was everything we could ask for and more! Condo was very clean and well decorated!

Condo was beautiful and only a couple minutes waking distance from the beach! It was everything we could ask for and more. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway without all the busy traffic of Myrtle Beach but still only 10 miles away from Myrtle Beach!

Perfect place for my family of five. Nice-sized rooms. Close to everything we needed. Best of all...literally steps from the beach with miles of white sand. Will definitely stay again when back in the area. Thanks for a stress-free vacation!

The location in Murrells Inlet was ideal and just steps away from the beach. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Free parking is a plus, but kind of tight. We were hoping for a decent ocean view, but we could only lean forward from the small balcony to get just a glimpse of the ocean. Nevertheless, it was a good stay.My recommendations for improvement would be to add a full view mirror. We need to see what we look like before walking out the door.Woud stay here again

We couldnā€™t have asked for a better property or location with the beach just steps away. Beautiful condo with everything we needed. The owner had great communication, the property was clean and check in and out was a breeze!! Canā€™t wait for next year.

Great Place, very convenient

Steve was awesome and very responsive. The place was great location, directly across the street from the beach and beach access. Only downer was only having 1 parking spot however since all rentals were not full, they allowed us to park an extra car on site. I would definitely book this place again.

We were so happy with the condo and the cleanliness. Steve was very responsive and we would love to stay there again. Parking was a bit tight, but we were able to get our 4Runner in/out.

Convenient & Clean

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach right across the road. The facility's pool was a great bonus, and we often had it to ourselves. The entire property was very clean, including our room. Parking was surprisingly stress-free, even during the busy July 4th week. Steve (the owner) was very responsive. Our only minor quibble was the beds, which weren't the most comfortable. However, this didn't detract significantly from our overall enjoyment. We'd definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a convenient and relaxing beach getaway!Rating: 4.5/5 stars, rounded up

Escape from Arctic North

Loved it itā€™s a beautiful condo that is close to the beach

Our stay here was wonderful. Steve the owner was great he contacted us to make sure we got in ok and If we had any questions he was always responded right away. Now on to the condo. It is completely remodeled and has everything you need to make your stay great Itā€™s a 2 min walk to the beach and the pool is nice also. We will defiantly be booking again with Steve.

The unit is great. We had a wonderful time. Easy access to walk across the street or to drive down to any of the public access points. No complaints. We would definitely book again. The owner was VERY responsive and available when we had questions. Appreciate that VERY much.

Super Cute

Over spring break, we visited the area on a college tour with my daughter. We enjoyed this condo because of it's location to the beach by a convenient public access and to the Garden City pier. The condo was very clean and very pleasant. The remodel was beautiful. While here, the temperature dipped down to the mid-thirties during the night. Steve sent us a text to be sure we knew how to use the heat system. We appreciated his thoughtfulness!

A Stoneā€™s Throw to the Beachā€¦.

If your goal is to be near the beach, the condo is a mere 50/60 yards to a beach access point. It is a true beach community. The condo is clean and nicely decorated with the beach theme. The kitchen is well equipped and itā€™s convenient having a washer/dryer in the unit and an elevator if you prefer that to the stairs. The beds, in addition to the living and dining room furniture, are comfortable. Itā€™s obvious the owners take pride and care of their unit. During my stay, a main water valve leak developed between the 2nd and 3rd floor damaging the ceiling. I notified the owner and he took care of everything with periodic reports and pictures from me. I didnā€™t mind helping out. He was terrific and I do appreciate his kindness.

Overpriced

This condo was nice and the property manager was helpful but the overall location of the building was noisy. Several times we were kept up at night with drunk people yelling in the pool or parking lot I'm not sure. I wouldn't call this a super family friendly area. We could have also rented a condo on the beach for the same price but stayed here to be closer to family staying down the street. I wish we had gone with the other condo, it would have been nice to at least look at the beach for the price.

Sparkling clean, uptodate renovations, everything you need for a GREAT VRBO

Condo tastefully renovated, beautifully designed, functional, top-of-line appliances. Beds are comfortable, furniture clean and functional and two bathrooms are very handy! I loved the Roomba and hand vacuum to take care of the beach sand we accidently drug into the house. There is an Alexa too! Right across the street from the beach, a small ocean view from the balcony, a convenient elevator for hauling your stuff to the second floor. Easy check in process and Steve, the owner, was so very helpful every step of the way! I felt my small children were a bit loud e in this quiet, adult oriented condo complex but we were never approached by anyone to confirm my worry, so I was probably just worrying for nothing! This is a top notch VRBO!!

Great place & location

A great find on a spur of the moment trip! We really got lucky! Well stocked kitchen. Place was spotless. First time I ever stayed in a VRBO & didn't find crumbs in drawers & also the back splash in kitchen wasn't dirty, greasy or even dusty! And we rented many VRBO properties & most were Premier Hosts! Being a retired operating room nurse it was right up there with my expectations & standards. Location was great. Pool right there & a very short walk to beach. Plenty of excellent restaurants close by for all meals. My husband & I agreed we didn't have a bad meal all week. First time in the Murrells Inlet area & we will be back & DEFINITELY we will stay here again. I think we found a new vacation spot instead of Florida! Also Steve our Host was great & got back to me quickly with some questions we had.

Much Needed Vitamin Sea!

We had a great time staying here! It was clean and nicely decorated. It had all of the comforts of home. We cooked almost every meal here and enjoyed having a clean kitchen. We especially liked having a washer and dryer to do laundry. The Roomba was AMAZING, so amazing that we ordered one for our home and one for my mother in law!! It was just a quick walk to the beach. The kids had a great time on the beach and we didn't have to worry about the surf being too rough for them. The weather was perfect too! The only issue we had was the pool was closed even though it was listed as heated, other condos in the area had their pools open. The kids were bummed because they love to swim at night after a day on the beach. Other than that we had a great week for some much needed Vitamin Sea!

Cute Little Condo

The process of booking the condo, checking in and checking out was very easy. When we arrived the place was clean and bright! The condo itself was super cute and there was enough room for 3 adults and 2 teenage boys. I am unsure if this is the standard but the beds were made without the sheets. After a while we found a bag of linens that we used to make everyone's beds again. It wasn't too much of a hassle except we didn't realize it until we were about to all go to bed for the evening after a long day of traveling. Everything we needed was there including trash bags, dishes, pots and pans. We only had to go get small things and groceries for ourselves. Being on the 2nd floor was very loud. The people below us were up 12-3am and you could hear every step they took. The babies screaming in the condo next to us also didn't help but that is not something the owner can really account for. The place itself was nice. The location was great and the pool was an added bonus. Nothing related to the condo but I am not sure SC is for me so I will probably not be going back anytime soon. I was very happy with my family vacation!

Cute beach condo

Cozy two bedroom that was just as pictured. Clean, with enough kitchen ware to do simple cooking. Easy Beach access just across the street. Had a small glitch accessing Wi-Fi and had to wait a bit to clear up with owner but as it was Easter Sunday Iā€™m going to give a pass and still rate communication 5star. Adorably furnished balcony with two comfortable chairs which I enjoyed. Only thing that was different for me was that linens were supplied in a large bag and you had to make up your own beds etc. I am guessing this is the norm for beach rentals but is not typical for nationwide rentals. Donā€™t forget shampoo and conditioner or soap for the shower as it is strictly provide your own. No salt, pepper, oil etc for basic cooking is provided so bring everything you need. One improvement could be adding wine glasses as there were only champagne glasses for specialty drink glasses.
