A stay in paradise

We stayed in Maui for 5 days as part of our honeymoon trip. This was the perfect location with the beach on our doorstep and shops/restaurants within a 5 min walk. The property was perfect for our needs, well equipped and clean, the pool and bbqs were also great! Aircon was good, being from UK we don't cope well with hot nights so that helped us sleep well! Only issue of note was the lanai doors were a bit stiff to open. If you're looking for a relaxed stay away at a good price I highly recommend it.

Great location with beach just 50 yards away. Always can see turtles in the ocean near the beach. Nice size pool. Quiet and nightly sunset view. Central location and walking distance to the grocery store.

Wonderful unit...super quiet, close to the ocean with a nice ocean view and great amenities. Wanted to stay here again next year but we were told it is being sold and we couldn't book it...boo hoo

Great Maui location

My wife and I were in Maui for a wedding. Our condo was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We had a full, well equipped kitchen, a king size bed, nice bathroom, great balcony with a view, great cable and cable TV (with two nice flat screen sets) and comfortable seating. The pool was just below our balcony and we had an ocean view. Shopping, including groceries, was very convenient as were restaurants. By coincidence, the bride's entire family was staying just a very short walk down the beach. My wife and I found our trip to be very comfortable and relaxing. We'd go back!

Very quiet, slightly rocky beach.

This is an older complex with very nice grounds and a very nice swimming pool. The beach is very quiet, and a little rocky as you walk out more than 5 feet or so. We rented a total of eight units, for our large group, and all appear to have been upgraded within the past 10 years. The whole property is located a bit far from the main areas of town, and about a 30 minute walk to the majority of the restaurants and the three main beaches. We saw a number of Green sea turtles on the beach in the late evening and early morning. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was attended to very promptly. Overall, a bit far from the nightlife for us, but otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

We Loved It!

What a beautiful condo at a great price, thank-you! We loved the ​full ​ocean​, West Maui and Lanai​ Island views from this lovely oceanfront property. We could even hear the waves​​. The ​decor and size of the unit were​ perfect ​for the two of us​ and it is obviously well maintained and managed. The bed and linens were comfortable, ​as were the walk-in shower and ​updated​ kitchen. ​We enjoyed its several areas to sit and enjoy ​our ​coffee ​or​ ​cocktails, ​and to​ ​watch the view or ​nap on the ​shaded ​patio. It was ​great​ being ​located ​on the second ​(top) ​floor​,​ ​so with more privacy, we could ​safely leave ​the windows​ open. ​​T​he ocean breeze flowed through ​constantly ​and ​with the several ceiling fans, ​we never ​needed the bedroom a/c. Everything was clean​​ and ​cooking utensils ​well stocked​;​ a first-day trip to the airport Costco​ supplied ​all of our ​meals except for some dinners out. The complex is nicely maintained and was remarkably quiet. We used the pool often, ​which is large, ​clean and ​heated. The bbq area was a bonus with the 3 Weber gas grills and picnic tables​, where we met others staying in the complex. Parking was easy, and the walk from the parking lot ​and the short set of stairs up ​was picturesque and well worth it​. This condo unit is ​one of the closest ​in the entire complex ​to the ocean, pool, bbq area and sunset watching area, overlooking the small beach​, popular with windsurfers​. ​The drive from the airport was less than 30 minutes, and ​Wailea​, with​ its spectacular beaches and famous beach walk, was​ just a short drive ​down Kihei Road​. We ​​loved this central location where we could listen to live music at Nalu's, or walk to ​Gelato, Time Supermarket, Longs, ​Antonio's or Amigo's​. The Maui Nui Golf Club was a short drive up the street. ​The winds picked up daily around noon, but seem calmer than in our visits around Lahaina/Kaanapali, about a 40 minute drive. ​​The wi-fi worked perfectly, and there were plenty of cable tv channels, though we only watched it one time. The WBH grounds were overseen by an on-site manager and were immaculate- Monday morning is gardening day, so best to plan an outing elsewhere then, due noise. We used the laundry, just needing quarters and some detergent. We highly recommend ​Waiohuli Beach Hale # D-224 for a relaxing vacation​.​ It is an excellent value for the price with magnificent views- we can't wait to come back! Aloha!

unglaubliche schöne unterkunft in top lage

wir hatten einen sehr sehr schöänen aufenthalt in dieser traum wohnung sie ist top ausgestattet, sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt und die lage ist der knaller. die anlage direkt am schönsten strand der ganzen gegend ist super gepflegt und sehr ruhig und die möglichkeiten zu grillen und den pool zu benutzen sind gold wert wir würden sofort wieder kommen und diese wohnung wieder buchen, KNALLER!!!

Great experience!!

It was a great experience. The place was super clean and came with all the necessities! Cooler, beach chairs, boogy boards, cooking utensils, just about all you need! The only thing I have to say is the living room didn’t have AC, but the bedroom did so it was fine to sleep, just too hot to hang out in the living room. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Nice Kihei stay

We have stayed at this property on a prior visit. Love the location. Sunset’s are spectacular. Really enjoyed the pool. The room was nice. It’s not “luxury” living, but it’s what we go for. We just want a nice central location with a comfortable place to stay. We would stay there again.

This condo was cute and the view was great! What made the stay, though, was the long and beautiful beach. We saw turtles in the water and lying on the beach. This morning I snorkeled with a giant lobster! So fun!

Lovely Maui condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in the D224 condo. It was clean and very pretty with the recent updates. The lanai faced the pool and had an ocean view. We were able to see whales from the lanai which was wonderful. It is a peaceful location. The management checked in with us to ensure we were happy and provided information about the area. They responded promptly when we had questions. The fan the condo was not working and they provided a replacement that day. We would definitely return.

A lovely quiet property with a beautiful view.

Dishwasher leaks. Couch cleaned. Bathroom sink is plugged. Cupboards cleaned(garbage and utility cupboards included) new outdoor furniture. Unit 224 needs a bit of a renew.

Awesome place, great location

We loved staying here. The unit was well maintained and clean. The property was beautiful, with amazing beach access. The only negative thing about it was that the mattress was VERY firm, and we found it to be quite uncomfortable, giving sore backs and necks each morning. Aside from the bed, this would have been a 5 star for sure!

Beautiful beachfront property!

We had a fantastic stay at Waiohuli Beach Hale. The condo was as-expected. It has a partial beach view from inside the room and a more complete beach view from the balcony. We had all the amenities we needed in our room. The room is quite close to the beach, as it is only one unit from the end. The beach outside of the condo is quite nice because it is not very busy. There was even a turtle sunning in the sand one afternoon! The air conditioner is only in the bedroom, which is nice for sleeping but it can get quite loud. That may be my only criticism! I would definitely return to this location. This particular condo is managed by Sunny Maui Vacations, so you can save yourself some money and book directly through them! They are incredibly friendly and easy to book with!

Beautiful property! Could use more parking spots but overall fabulous!!!!

We enjoyed our stay and weren't ready to leave. Condo is very well equipped with everything you need. Wonderful view of the pool and ocean! We plan on coming back and staying here again.
