Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit, outside on the lanai, hallways or non-designated property grounds during occupancy. Guest will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by cigarettes and/or cigarette smoke. Guests who do not abide by the policy will be charged a cleaning/recovery fee of $350. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor designated smoking areas of the Kihei Akahi Complex.

Show ID 3 hours before arrival. Check-in at 4 PM. Early check-in fee: $50/hour. Late check-out fee: $50/hour after 11 AM ($100 for each additional hour).

-No smoking, drugs, or eating/drinking in bed.
-Respect furniture, use designated parking.
