This beautifully decorated townhome offers 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and accommodates 6 comfortably.  It offers a large balcony/patio on the top and bottom floors with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This beautifully decorated townhome offers 2 bedrooms / 2 baths and accommodates 6 comfortably.  It offers a large balcony/patio on the top and bottom floors with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The extra-large master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of this town home and offers a king size bed with a full over-sized en-suite master bathroom with soaking tub.

The guest bedroom is located on the bottom floor. This bedroom has its own patio just steps away from the pool shuffle board courts and grilling area and opens up to the picturesque and well maintained landscaping of this complex. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed and full size bathroom.

A large fully stocked kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for your dining needs. There is a breakfast bar and large dining table sure to fit all your guests.

The upstairs offers a very spacious living area. For those that must catch up on work while on vacation, there is a convenient work space with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your private upstairs balcony soaking up the sun and enjoying the sights.

The Blue Surf community offers lush landscaping, shuffleboard, plenty of room for the kids to run, and a grilling area.

Plan a fun day of shopping at The Silver Sands Outlet Mall or eat at some of the best restaurants in town with gulf views. You have to check out all the recreational activities such as golf courses, deep sea fishing, fitness centers, bike/scooter rentals, surf school, jet ski rentals, etc.

The beach is calling you! Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Emerald Coast. Sit on your balcony in the early morning watching the sunrise or enjoy the sunset with your favorite chilled drink. You deserve to unwind.

Great location

Property managers were very responsive and checkin was easy. Location was directly across the street from beach and restaurant. Please note the property is in rough shape. Ceilings are cracked everywhere, cracked tile floors throughout-appears to be original decades old kitchen and bathroom, and good luck opening the sliding door! The furniture is newer so it helped the feel but be prepared for a home In need of updating. Had cable but only a few channels and 1 tv in lower bedroom allowed to connect to streaming services. I would recommend bringing your own firestick if you want to watch your streaming services. If owners would update the guts of the townhouse, I would give it a 5 star. Currently, the property is about a 2.5-3. If you only care about location, then it’s a 5 now.

All the things you want from a beach trip you get with this condo: THE VIEW, likely the closest beach access than any other condo associated with Pompano beach area, and when you want Pompano Joe's, simply walk across the street and put your name on the list if it's a long wait then go back to your condo and enjoy the balcony view until they text you. The condo is clean, beds are comfortable, and you won't have problems finding what you need if you choose to cook on your own. Last but not least, Monica is availabe and helpful in all things you may need! A+

However, while on our stay, we killed about 10 roaches by the door and in the kitchen and large mouse by the downstairs bedroom. We also had several spiders in the downstairs bathroom as well. The condo looks great and up to date, but these things just made the place feel unclean. We would be happy to return once these issues are sorted out because you cannot beat the location and view.

EXCELLENT location, CLEAN and comfy townhouse, responsive and quick response from the hosts with any questions that we had. We spent most of our time either across the quick steps to the beach and at the pool. Could not have asked for anything more to make our experience any better!

Disappointed

The condo had not been cleaned. There was broken glass on the floor in dining area. Toothpaste on the bathroom sinks and faucets. Manager stated they had a new cleaning company, and that it should have never passed inspection. They made no offer to send a new cleaning crew or reduce our cleaning fee charges. The sliding glass door to the patio was broken and almost fell off the track - had to have maintenance do a quick fix and put bar in to secure the door - rendering it useless. The area around condo was very noisy with parties at building next door going on for most of the night. Condo has alot of wear and tear, furniture was dirty. We were very disappointed as the pictures looked very nice.
