Beachin' here at Ciboney #4014!

This was Aubrey and her family's first visit to our area, and we were thrilled they chose to stay at our condo. Wonderful guests; left the condo incredibly clean as if their own. We are grateful to them all and they are always welcomed back.

5-STAR REVIEWS across the board since our ownership began in 2020, many of which make specific reference to how clean our unit is, well-decorated, well-stocked for any number of needs, etc... Read them all for yourselves. NEVER any references to unacceptable harsh odors or need for updates. It is our strong belief and opinion that the subject review presented by Mr. Groff (another unit owner in the same building, mind you) is maliciously inaccurate, misleading, purposely and knowingly ill-intended, and a blatant display of a mean, childish, pathetic character solely aimed at causing damage to us individually, as well as our otherwise unblemished review record. For accurate comparative consideration, our AC compressor and inside AC air handler units are approximately 6 months old. During installation, all AC ducts were cleaned and treated for dust, mold, and mildew because of a lengthy building remodel project so the existence of mold is highly unlikely. Additionally, there are two small area rugs in the entire unit, 1 in the living area and a small one under the dining table, both recently cleaned. The remaining floors are either tile, new vinyl plank flooring, or full carpeting in 1 forward bedroom. None of the area rugs or carpeting are threadbare or show any other areas of damage. If so, they would've been replaced immediately. Further, kitchen countertops are granite and all kitchen lighting and appliances replaced within the past 2 years. New smoke detectors, ceiling fans installed throughout within the past 6 months along with new bathroom exhaust fans, toilets, cabinets, and vanity top plumbing hardware. Even popcorn ceiling finish was removed in certain areas. Lastly, the need for being "old" and in need of being "updated" is absolutely absurd. No furniture, all approximately 5 - 6 years old, is damaged or soiled, or broken in any manner. If the color and styles of our furniture is not to his liking, that is his opinion only and should not be presented as outdated or displeasing as an unqualified professional assessment of sorts. No other guests apparently agree with his assessments and pictures of our unit were available to him for his review prior to booking. All that being said, clearly this person is considered, and will remain so, an adverse party seeking only to inflict unnecessary and malicious harm on undeserving others. He has been permanently marked on our records as such and will never be welcomed at any of our properties again. We opened our unit up to this person in an effort to help him. This is his thankful return given. I would strongly advise others to take heed to the above before renting to them.
