For the shopper, the nearby venues of Silver Sands Factory Outlet Stores, Shops at Sandestin / Grand Boulevard or Destin Commons can keep you occupied for hours upon hours. Want to take in a movie, visit the theaters at Destin Commons or Grand Boulevard. You could even take a short drive to the infamous Seaside Community for sightseeing and additional shopping.

Try deep sea fishing in the renowned "Luckiest fishing village in the world", Destin, Florida. Amazing Spring Break Beachin' at Ciboney!

Great property centrally located to Beach, Shopping, Food and Fun at Miramar Beach! Hosts and property were amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect Spring Break trip!

Had a great stay at Cioboney!

The property was very well kept and it was really just right across the street from the beach which was perfect. The unit had everything and was equipped with extra in case you forgot something. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Our stay at Ciboney 4014 was absolutely perfect! Beautiful condo with everything you need! We took our family of 5 and had more than enough room! Condo was spotless and very comfortable! Just steps from private beach and favorite restaurants and shops! Buddy & Sheryl are great hosts and super fast to respond to any needs! Definitely will be coming back! Baxter Family

Nice condo

Nice place. My wife enjoyed the beach when it didn’t rain. Unfortunately we had a rainy week. We were visiting family most of the days. It was quiet and comfortable.

Anniversary and family vacation in a great location!

This property was very clean with all the amenities that we needed for a great vacation stay. The location was great for enjoying the beach or walking to Gift shops and Pompano Joes for lunch or dinner (one of our favorites)We had a wonderful vacation here. Our only regret was we didn’t stay longer! We were so sad to leave!

Great Family Experience

Easy check-in. Beach was right across the street. Had plenty of beach things (chairs, boogie boards, towels, etc). Pool was nice and warm. Family had a great time!

Unforgettable Stay!

The unit is beautifully furnished and in the perfect location! Close to the beach, and restaurants with a lovely balcony view. The owners are responsive and left us a few goodies upon arrival. The unit was clean and modern. Thank you SO MUCH Buddy and Sheryl for an amazing experience and we will certainly be back to visit!!

Amazing Condo!

We love Ciboney and have stayed many times but this condo was beautiful, easy to communicate with owners, loved the bread and wine on arrival such a nice touch that we’ve never experienced at any condo. The beaches at Destin are the most beautiful and I love this area the most bc it’s always shallow a ways out. We didn’t use much of the accessories but there were some chairs, boogie boards, beach balls, etc., that was available for use! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your wonderful condo and enjoy our week!

Close to beach

Everything is pretty worn out. It’s old and needs to be updated. When you first walk in it smells like stinky dirty feet and mold. All the rugs are dirty and worn. It needs to be brightened up. But it is close to everything and the beach.

Excellent place to stay

Condo was just as described online - even better. The Ciboney property itself was clean and maintained.-felt safe there. Everything in Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Better equipped than our home! Property owners were attentive. We had no problems-Buddy & Sheryl checked in with us to see how we were doing. Private Beach just across the street. Great location-close to grocery stores, golf courses, restaurants and other shopping. We highly recommend this condo and great owners. Wish we could have stayed longer than we did (7 week stay). We will definitely be back. :)

Great little getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at 4014 Ciboney. The complex is located conveniently to a couple great restaurants with private access to the beach just across the street. I enjoyed the green space as well for my young kids to play in. The condo unit was very well stocked in the kitchen and the owners were very generous is leaving a small supply or basic needs (trash bags, dish detergent, etc) which is so nice when you are only staying for a few days and forget to bring your own full supply. The owners were great before, during and after check in. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The side patio is nicely furnished and has a nice view of the ocean on the side and the green space below (great to send your kids to play in) They left several welcoming touches in the condo including information about the area along with candy and activities for our kids and a few snacks for the parents as well. If we are lucky enough to come back to Miramar Beach, we will definitely look to stay here again!

A Great Miramar Beach/ Destin Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, and shopping with easy parking. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The unit was clean and just as depicted in pictures. Excellent communication from the hosts as well. This will be our go to unit for any trips back to Miramar Beach in the future.

Perfect get away!

This was our first experience on the 4th floor at Ciboney! We rented this condo for my mom to stay in, while we stayed on the 2nd floor like always. We were SO impressed with this condo! It was SO QUIET up on the 4th floor. The amenities were perfect, the laundry room amazing and the ease with which we booked and communicated with the owner can't be beat! We will definitely rent this one again! My only suggestion would be to offer beach set up like many of the other condos in Ciboney do. That would make it 5+ stars and way easier to have that already waiting for you down on the beach :). Thanks for a great stay!

Time well spent!

The place was great. Buddy and Sheryl were great hosts and made us welcome so much. The place is less than a minute walk and your on the beach with its own private access. Definitely recommend this place and very well may stay again!

Perfection

Everything as described but I’d say these hosts go above and beyond. Friendly and always responsive…even if asking for local pizza recommendations so kids have something quick the first night. I appreciate that this unit was fully stocked with everything needed from cooking to the beach setup. And there is no skimping on supplies…more than enough paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trash bags etc to last the entire week. We’ll stay here again when we’re in Destin.

Easy access to a private beach!

We enjoyed the condo! It was great having our own space and appreciated the use of a few chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Overall, it was clean; just a few minor observations. I would recommend it! We did get our exercise with it being on the 4th floor!

Great Spring Break Get-away!

Everything about our trip was great! The condo was just as pictured - clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location. The communication with Sheryl and Buddy was awesome. They answered all of our questions quickly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful trip. The "extras" that they provide were an unexpected surprise. Such a nice treat! We will book here again! Thank you, Sheryl and Buddy for everything!!

Wonderful Family Spring Break

My husband and I stayed at the condo with our two teenage children. We had a great time. The condo was very clean and we were provided with many small items that were greatly appreciated such as laundry detergent, dish soap, bath and beach towels, salt/pepper, coffee pot and coffee filters. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots, pans, and dishes to prepare and eat meals. The white sand beach was clean, beautiful, and a very short, easy walk across the road. We ate at several good restaurants, got ice cream, and shopped for souvenirs and all were within walking distance. My son and I even played around at the tennis court with the rackets and balls that were provided. The seating area on the balcony was very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay. Thanks Sheryl and Buddy!

We have a second property located at Summerspell Condominiums (#310), also in Miramar Beach, Florida, and have been blessed and honored by it's success. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with a clean and comfortable place to spend their vacation and intend on maintaining that very same principle. Our goal is to have our "rental guests" leave as new "friends". We sincerely hope to include you.
