This unit features a king bed and TV in the primary bedroom, leather sofa sleeper that comfortable sleeps two on on memory foam mattress, as well as a SmartTV in the living room. After a day on the mountain, curl up in front of the gas fire, turn on the cable on the flat screen, and just relax. After making a meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breathe in the fresh air and views of the slopes on your private balcony.

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The swimming pool and gym are just 1.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 3.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
