Mesquite features seven championship golf courses within 10 minutes of each other. Casinos, Spas and great dining waits you in Mesquite. Mesquite is located just over an hour northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and a short drive to scenic St. George, Utah. Bryce and Zion National Parks are easily accessible and well worth the drive to experience the red rock canyons at their finest.

This condo features on-site exercise room, swimming pool & spa (year around), fully equipped kitchens, granite countertops, flat screen TV's in all rooms!, full-sized washer & dryer and more.

Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill, which has a huge play structure, sand volleyball court, full size basketball court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass.

"For stays lasting 28 days or more, please be aware that a cleaning fee will be applied at a rate of 1.5 times the standard cleaning fee. This fee is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and quality of our accommodations throughout your extended stay."

Family Gathering

The condo was better than expected. Very clean, spacious, and great locations. Property pool was on the small side but when we used it we just about just had it all to ourselves. It worked out perfectly like for our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay

Stayed here during a softball tournament. The place was nice, comfortable and well kept. It was also only 5 minutes away from the ball fields which was incredibly convenient. Only complaint, which is minor, was that the king bed upstairs didn't have a fitted sheet on the mattress. It just had a regular sheet stretched over the mattress, which didn't stay on well.

Community bathroom water pipes need to be secured. Shower control / valve doesn’t work. Very difficult to get hot water to work. Several people couldn’t get it to work and took cold showers. The furnace needs serviced, it extremely noisy. Tv remote batteries dead unable to use remotes for tv. Very dirty carpets and floors. A good value but pretty run down.

Okay property, not my favorite in Mesquite

Overall the property was good but there were a couple things that made the stay not as enjoyable as it should have been. The sheets/pillowcases in the master bedroom smelt very musty and we had to wash them before we were able to sleep comfortably in them. The downstairs neighbor does NOT handle any sort of noise well, which we can understand, but it’s not our fault he is frustrated with living below a rental property. He came banging on the door at 7pm (an acceptable time to still be awake) and was upset at our kids for not being quiet. This is not the rental management’s fault so we don’t hold that against them, but it does make us want to choose somewhere else more forgiving of children since we have kids.

Great stay

We needed a place last minute because the hotel the rest of our family was at, was full. We had a very pleasant stay and loved having way more space than we would have had in a hotel with everyone else! Check in process was super easy and the location was perfect. My only complaint was the exercise room looks way better in the picture than it actually was. Overall, great stay!

Perfect

The entire stay was just perfect. All essentials were available and plenty of extra linens/pillows if needed. The location was centrally located to shopping centers and attractions. Plenty of parking and assigned covered parking was directly in front of condo. Would for sure stay again when traveling.

Perfect Stay

We had late notice that we were participating in a football tournament in Mesquite and were very concerned what we would do when we found out all of the hotels were full. We were so fortunate to find the perfect solution in this clean, roomy, affordable condo stay. We had a great, stress free time! Thank you!!

Glad we chose this property.

Convenient location, close to freeway, grocery stores, and fast food. The inside was perhaps better than the pictures. Property manager Michael is great to work with.

1st time golf trip to Mesquite

All was good! Used VRBO for golf trip one time before. That previous owner provided dinning options. We could not find any good place to eat. I called it a “sleepy town”!

Nice condo

This is a very nice, comfortable condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. It is quiet and in a good location. To check in you have to go to the management company office which is a little clumsy but certainly not difficult. Check out was very simple. We had a death in the family that created some scheduling issues for us but by the time we knew there was no flexibility in the condo process. So, we lost a day that we paid for. I purchased the trip insurance but the circumstances around our issue were not covered so that was a waste of money and a mistake I won’t make agiain. The weather was not conducive to using the pool so I cannot comment on the pool area. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Really awesome Condo, clean, spacious, great location.

Enjoyed our stay very much! Comfortable, clean. The only disappointment was the pool! I wish they would’ve let us know that the pool was closed so we could’ve prepped our little kids. That was quite a heartbreaker, and with it being closed the entire month, I feel like they could’ve given us a heads up. Otherwise very pleased with the condo and the other amenities.
