The ROSASPINA APARTMENT has exclusive use of the private pool and garden.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large dining table for 8–10 people, a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (with the option to add a single bed), a terrace overlooking Mount Amiata, and a bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed, a study with two single beds that can be joined if needed, a bathroom with a shower, and a corner with a table, refrigerator, and coffee maker.


Independent heating not included; €3.50 per hour
Cleaning fees not included; €100 for long stays
Pets allowed at an extra cost of €30 per week
Linens available upon request; €5 per person
Washing machine available from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
