The natural environment surrounding the property, with eucalyptus, pine, and olive trees, invites relaxation and walks. Additionally, parking will not be a problem, facilitating arrival and mobility. The interior features a spacious and elegant living-dining room, equipped with television and comfortable sofas, fluidly connected to a fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for sharing family moments.

It has two full bathrooms, one of them en suite, and a bed layout that includes two double beds and two single beds, perfect for families or groups.
