We had a wonderful stay at this modern apartment near Durbuy! The spacious living room was perfect for our family gatherings, and we loved the cozy gas fireplace, The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a dishwasher made our meals so much easier, The location is fantastic, with beautiful nature trails nearby, especially the Parc des Topiaires, which is just a short drive away, The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of exploring, Highly recommend this place for families!

A step above camping

Difficult property to stay at when youā€™re traveling from another country. Itā€™s poorly appointed so you have a lot to purchase before you can begin your stay. It had not been thoroughly cleaned, many surfaces still had a heavy coating of dust. Bed covers did not appear clean. Linens/bedding are additional charge and you pick them up outside the reception building then have to make up all of the beds yourself. Had to provide own paper goods: toilet paper, paper towels, etc. cooking vessels were in poor condition. Just seemed to take a lot of work to get it somewhat comfortable.

Wat mist was een balkon. Alleen trappen met een hond van 18 kg die nog geen trappen mocht lopen. Bij de receptie nog gevraagd geen mogelijkheid voor een ander appartement. Zwembad wat niet werkt met temperatuur boven 25 graden. Verlichting zo slecht dat ik met hond bijna van de trap viel omdat het hartstikke donker was. Dus al met al een bijzonder slechte ervaring en niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

Het huis is degelijk ik miste goede koekenpannen die wat in dit huisje had viel bijna uitelkaar. Wij moesten zelf de elektra checken op het verbruik van de vorige bewoners en die was niet netjes en corecct overgenomen. Verder vond ik het niet heel erg schoon er lag wat stof op de neppe plantjes en tv meubel. Badkamer kon er mee door. Wat ik ook jammer vind is dat de badkamer en vooral het toilet een nieuwe bril kan gebruiken wat er op zit is echt oud. Het zwembad is okƩ. De omgeving is prachtig echt zo mooi. Dinant ligt ongeveer op anderhalf uur rijden is zeker de moeite waard om het te bezoeken. Wij hebben zeker genoten van dit avontuur. Ik had een totaal andere misvatting over Belgiƫ ik kom zeker terug.

Kaum bis gar kein heiƟes Wasser, wenn man das Bad auffĆ¼llt, gehen 8 Stopps aus, inklusive Heizung und Kochfeld. Wir sind mit Kindern unterwegs und es sind 11 bis 14 Grad. Nicht Ć¼berall sauberer Staub und Haare. Fenster sind mit Algen, Ƅsten und Moos bedeckt. Rezeption unbesetzt. Der Strom wird auch nach der Abreise noch verrechnet.

Het appartement was mooi gerenoveerd, erg ruim en gezellig ingericht. De keuken was ook voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Het zwembad was helaas gesloten, maar dat wisten we van te voren. Gas en elektra waren niet in de prijs inbegrepen, waardoor het eindbedrag een stuk hoger lag (+ā‚¬70 v weekend). Dit kwam ook doordat het appartement best koud was en we flink moesten stoken.

We huurden een appartement van 8 personen. Het appartement bevindt zich erg rustig en goed gelegen op wandelafstand van Barvaux en Durbuy. We werden zeer gastvrij onthaald aan de receptie! Wij geven dit huis een dikke 8 Het zou een 10 zijn als er wat aan de tegels in de badkamer hadden gedaan ik bedoel de voegen tussen tegels (beetje voegen wit dat doet wonderen). En er was een wc bril vergeeld,en afzuigkap geen afvoer naar buiten. Voor de rest top .

Erstens waren die RƤume nicht sauber! WofĆ¼r eine ReinigungsgebĆ¼hr in Hƶhe von 90 Euro einkalkuliert wird, ist mir ein RƤtsel. Zweitens war das Schwimmbad wƤhrend unseres Aufenthalts in Reparatur und es wurde uns nicht schon vorher gesagt, aber den vollen Preis haben Sie trotzdem eingeheimst! Drittens war die Badewanne und die dazugehƶrige Funktion defekt! FĆ¼r die Kinder und die Erwachsenen insgesamt eine EnttƤuschung. Viertens ist das WLAN in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden!

Ruim app.heel proper.voldoende plaats.we vonden wel dat het zwembad meer open mocht zijn!de zondag gesloten.jammer...er waren ook een paar velux vensters die niet voldoende open gingen.ook het terras was een tegenvaller..een houten bank in het hoge gras 2 verdiepingen lager! Nochtans was dit anders aangegeven. Heel mooie groene omgeving!!
