Located near the centre of Coventry, the property is within walking distance of a multitude of attractions, including the renowned Coventry Transport Museum, Herbert Art Gallery and an abundance of quality restaurants. For those that prefer an outdoors experience, the Coombe Country Park is located a 15-minute drive away and the War Memorial Park is only 1.2 miles away with its stunning Rose Garden. If you’re seeking an experience, the FarGo Village is only a mile away, with niche and unique retailers, artists' studios, creative workspace, crafts, cafes, markets and entertainment spaces as well as weekly events, music and street food.

For students or University affiliates, Coventry University is located a 5-minute walk away from the property, and a nearby bus can get you to the University of Warwick in as little as 30 minutes. Longer distance travel links can be accessed from the train station only 20 minutes away.

Cosy escape is a self-contained modern apartment with a luxury king bed, fully-equipped kitchen and shower room as well as a small enclosed paved courtyard accessed via the rear patio door. There are steps down with handrails to access the apartment as well as PIR-activated lighting on the steps and an external security camera. A smart flat-screen TV is provided for your entertainment (subscription services like Netflix and Prime Video are available for guests with their own accounts).

The kitchen boasts a high-gloss cream design with a vast array of storage space, a fridge, combi microwave, ceramic hob and an integrated washer/dryer. The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll. Shopping can be done at the nearby Co-op or Sainsbury’s for those who would like to prepare their own meals. A comfy armchair and small dining set are also provided.

The shower room is fully-tiled with an electric shower, it comes equipped with towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Everything listed will be re-stocked weekly by our lovely cleaning team who will empty your bins and hoover your studio, as well as change your bedding bi-weekly.

Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests on arrival, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the property or its contents.
