A cozy and beautiful family apartment that sleeps four (can accommodate up to six), fully equipped, and located in a prime setting for a peaceful vacation near the beach and nature.

It is located on the first floor, with private entrance, in the Monte y Mar residential complex in Gran Alacant (Santa Pola). Free access to the community pool (currently unavailable)

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a 140-cm sofa bed, a full bathroom, and three bedrooms—one with a double bed and two with single beds (90 cm each). All three bedrooms have built-in closets. It also features a 10 m² terrace adjoining the living room and a 20 m² garden located at the entrance to the apartment, complete with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
The apartment is equipped with carbon monoxide detectors in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room.
It is equipped with bedding, pillows, towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi during your stay, a Smart TV, a washing machine, an iron, an oven, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer to make you feel right at home during your stay.
