Located in the Seychelles Urbanisation, at km 14 of La Manga, on a 5th floor facing the Tomás Maestre Port.The living room, spacious and bright, has air conditioning and features a dining area and a television area from which access is gained to a wide glazed terrace with beautiful views towards the Tomás Maestre Port and the Mar Menor.The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one has a double bed and its own private bathroom with a bathtub, as well as access to the spacious terrace and air conditioning, the second has two single beds together.The kitchen, located next to the living room, has an oven, microwave and all the necessary cooking utensils, it has a gallery area with washing machine and dryer.The apartment has free high-speed internet with fibre optic.The urbanisation, Seychelles, is located at km 14, on the first line of the Mar Menor and just 50 metres from the Mediterranean.
