We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The apartment was lovely and comfortable, had everything we needed and really felt like a home from home. It’s in a perfect position, with a lovely outside space for sitting and relaxing and the communal pool virtually right in front of the property. The whole resort is beautifully maintained and has such a peaceful, relaxed feel.Communication throughout was excellent, and Loretta and Caroline couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. We would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

I certainly wouldn’t go there again, two sun beds when it sleeps 4/5 people only two patio chairs that were useable as 3 others were dangerous, the most dirty barbecue you could imagine we had to buy new equipment to be able to use it & God forbid you use the air conditioning! Oh & to get the key to gain entrance you have to travel 8 miles away find a property that has a key box that’s really not easy to find.

Why was this not mentioned while you were staying there, as requested? It would then have been dealt with. You did leave my apartment in a mess with the air conditioning running. Cleaning had been booked for the following day!

Wonderful apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for 10 days. Close to the community pool and close to parking. Loved that we could go out to the terrace from the main bedroom. The only minus is that it is far to the main entrance of the Roda Golf resort. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lorraine for letting us stay there on short notice.

Our stay at the appartment

We know Roda Golf and stayed there before in another accomadation. The appartment was oké but it need some TLC. Some reparetions at the curtains, the toilet kept flussing, the beds need to be replaced, the light in the bathroom was disconnected now and then and the cleaning could be better. (Dust) I had to clean the kitchen doors myself and the bathrooms partially.

I am disappointed that you did not mention these concerns to my apartment manager at the time, especially as you did speak to them on a completely different matter. If they had been told then they would have immediately corrected them to your satisfaction. All of your concerns have now been addressed, I just wish you had told us at the time. In your last email to me you did say you had had a 'lovely stay' so I am pleased about that.

Vielen herzlichen Dank

I am sorry you feel you had to clean some kitchen items. I have spoken to my apartment manager and she is satisfied with the cleaning. A deep clean was done in July, the temperamental fridge/freezer replaced on 1st August and I'm afraid we do not recognise the picture of the glass you sent me, which had sediment in it. Also, I do ask that you immediately let both of us know if something is wrong so that it can be rectified immediately but we did not hear from you until the end of your holiday. Despite this, I am pleased you and your family had a good holiday and would welcome to again in the future.

Brilliant holiday

Our second stay at this apartment and it was fantastic. Beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms air conditioning and an excellent location on the ground floor right by the pool. The complex is safe and quiet with the excellent bars and restaurants of Los alcazarres a short drive away. Already looking at coming back next year. Thank you Loretta for the superb service

Amazing Holiday!

I stayed at the apartment for a week with my husband, sister, her partner and my 3yr old nephew, and we all loved it. The apartment is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. It really is a home from home. The kitchen is better equipped than my own! Even items such as dishwasher tablets are provided. There are books, dvd's and games in the living room for use while you are there, as well as maps and information regarding the surrounding areas. The swimming pool does not have a particularly shallow end for young children but there are two sets of big steps going into the pool at either end which my nephew enjoyed playing on, and with arm bands was able to swim around the whole of the pool. It never got busy and the people that we did see were all really friendly. There are small play grounds dotted all around the resort with two very close to the apartment. The food at the Club House was good and the portions big. The view of the golf course is lovely. You do really need a car to get around. There are supermarkets, restaurants, shops and of course beaches all within a few minutes drive. If you fly into Alicante, make sure you don't do what we did and get the A7 and the AP7 mixed up! We spent ages looking for our turn off only to realise that we were on the wrong road! (You start on the A7 but then need to turn off on to the AP7). A phone call to Darryl the facilities manager of the apartment soon put us back on track though. He was great and gave us directions all the way to the resort. We all had a really relaxing holiday and when my nephew was asked today if he wanted to go back to the holiday home next year he said "No....I want to go back now!", which I think summed it up for us all. We would definitely recommend.

Great Apartment

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, the location by the pool was ideal, the apartment itself was immaculate in décor and cleanliness, with all the appliances one is used to; i.e. dishwasher, washing machine and a docking station for the teenagers. I can recommend and would rate this 10 out of 10
