• You're away from the routines of everyday life, yet are comforted by the many conveniences of home. You'll appreciate the luxury beds, linens, towels; the fully supplied kitchen (including quality sharp knives, fresh herbs from the garden, and various cooking equipment such as a waffle maker!); the comfortable furniture; pleasing tropical décor; and fast wi-fi internet access among many other amenities.

• You will work with an owner who cares about you and believes in customer service. Booking is an easy process. WOW!!

This property has everything that you need and more for an amazing family beach vacation. The home is clean and fully stocked!! It is beautifully decorated, roomy and so comfortable. Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation in the Tremont Beach Villa. It's located on a beautiful quiet street with a short walk to the beach and shops. We would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week of stay in Jody’s home. The house is spacious and clean. Location is convenient and safe. Many restaurants and beaches nearby. The pool table on the 3rd level was a big hit for my daughters.

Summer Vacay 2022

What initially began as a trip for soccer playoffs, soon turned into a beautiful vacation in Oceanside--thanks to our stay at Tremont Villa. We enjoyed the pool table, s'mores by the fire, and loved the close proximity of the beach, stores, and restaurants. The booking process and check-in process were fantastic and Jodi makes sure to respond quickly to any inquiries before and during our stay. We absolutely loved our time in Oceanside and hope to return next summer.

FANTASTIC!!!

Our family enjoyed an amazing Christmas holiday at Jody's beautiful villa! She had the house decorated with a big Christmas tree and provided me with names of restaurants and a bakery that I ordered treats for the holidays. The villa was stocked with everything we needed for the grandchildren...a pack n play, highchair, baby gate and more. We enjoyed taking bike rides and took the wagon full of toys and chairs to the beach every day. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed. We have rented many properties and this one was one of the best yet. Highly recommend!

5 Star Rental in O’side

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental in Oceanside, CA, and we had a fantastic time. The house was spacious, and everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect; it was just a short walk from the beach and downtown, yet it was far enough to be quiet and peaceful. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including Christmas Eve dinner. The third-floor pool table were a great surprise, and enjoyed them more than I expected.Jody was very friendly and helpful. She asked if we celebrated Christmas, so we walked into house with a fully decorated Christmas tree and decorations throughout the first floor. That meant so much to me. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Awesome experience

We saw pictures of the house prior to arriving and we liked what we saw but when we opened the door and stepped inside we were amazed. The house superseded any expectations we had as the home was absolutely amazing. The best part of the house was all of the small details included like bikes, boogie boards, darts and chairs for use in the garage. Eveyone that came over the house was also amazed and had a great time enjoying theirselves watching the HDTV, playing pool upstairs, lounging in the one of the two patios or by simply walking down to the beach which was a very close two blocks away. We will definitely make the trip out to Oceanside from Texas anytime as we plan on doing this trip again very soon and hopefully for a little bit longer this time. A must see.

Warm, inviting, beautiful space steps from the beach!

I am a part of a women's group that gets together quarterly in different areas to relax and rejuvenate. We decided on Oceanside and found this beautiful home to rent for 4 days in March. Jody, the owner, was so friendly, helpful and attentive. She gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and all the instructions we needed to seamlessly enter and enjoy her house. The house is beautifully maintained and had plenty of space for our gathering. Jody stocks it with all the amenities you could ask for including kitchen supplies, condiments and spices, bathroom supplies, bikes, boogie boards, beach towels, BBQ, etc. All you have to do is bring your clothes and you're all set! The house is only a few blocks to a beautiful beach and there are great restaurants also in walking distance. My favorite parts of the house were the pool table and the fire pit on the upstairs porch. We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area. Thank you Jody!

Beautiful property

I stayed here with my family (8) location to beach and stores is convenient. Home is beautifully kept it had all the amenities you could think of. We used the Weber bbq which worked great feeding the family. I loved the higher end appliances nothing was cheap or rickety. Washer and dryer worked great! We took two full size trucks down and parked one in garage and the other one on street right in front of rental and rotated them to save parking spot in front of rental worked out great with the July 4th traffic. There are steps in garage and a stairway leading to all bedrooms so if you have issues with either consider that. I only mention this because my elderly parents had to be extra cautious in these areas. Other then that our stay was great. I’d recommend this rental to friends and family and give it a 5/5 star rating Jody the owner is a pleasure to work with.

We had a blast

Tremont Villa is amazing. We had 7 people, 2 were toddlers. There was plenty of space, tons of thoughtful touches, like garage door openers instead of having to get out and use the keypad. The beach is close as many have stated, pop a few blocks down the hill and your toes are in the sand, however you don't have the constant traffic because, while right in the middle of everything, Tremont Street is mostly quiet. The neighborhood is so convenient, it's close to everything, great local restaurants and shops. We went to the beach, Legoland, Stone Brewery, got our kids surfing lessons, and rented a boat on the harbor. Tremont was our hub and our refuge, it made us feel like we all had space; It was very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone, Jody was great to work with and help us out in every way should could from local travel guides to the great wagon in the garage. If you're going to stay in So Cal with a larger group and want to be near the beach and attractions don't look further than Tremont.

Absolutely amazing house and experience!

We rent from V.R.B.O a few times a year. This house is one of the best houses we have ever rented. I cannot say enough good things about this house and the owner. The owner is so wonderful to work with! She was very kind, and thoughtful leaving us chocolate macadamia nuts to welcome us. We were so sad when we realized, one morning, that we had left the garage open all night and one of the bikes got stolen. We explained the situation to the owner, telling her that we would plan to pay for the stolen bike. She searched all over town to find a bike for a good deal and had us pay less than $100 to replace the stolen bike! Such an honest, kind person. I would recommend this property and this owner to everyone! Cannot say enough, I know I said that, but really, I can't! The pool table was so fun! The master bedroom is AMAZING! The master bathroom is AMAZING! REALLY, the whole house is AMAZING! A short walk to the beach. An even shorter walk to the street fair on Thursday night! This is a well cared for, very clean, very organized, wonderful house! Rent it! You will not be disappointed!

Fully stocked home

Home was spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Just needed to pack our clothes. Kids were more than thrilled to see all the fun stuff in the garage. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our family did a private surfing lesson and a chartered fishing trip while in Oceanside. Great vacation home and town.

Outstanding home, outstandingly located in an outstanding coastal city.

This vacation home and the people behind it are extraordinary. Very upscale home and decor. Fantastically appointed and stocked kitchen. Thoughtfully equipped throughout, including extensive beach gear in the garage. The location is terrific. Many eateries are right down the street. Four blocks away is the beach. A short walk from there is the city pier. Very convenient access to the highway. This was a tremendous home and location for a spring break vacation for our family and some guests. My highest recommendation.

Perfect Oceanside Getaway!

Tremont Villa was amazing! Loved the Hawaii-esque vacation vibes. Very clean and spacious — perfect for a large group. Super well stocked home from the kitchen/cookware supplies to the bathroom amenities to all the outdoor equipment in the garage. Jody has everything in the house you could ask for or need! Everything was also intricately labeled making for easy use. Short walk to the beach, and many eateries and sight seeing spots around town. Great home, would love to stay at again! Mahalo, Jody!

Comfortable, clean and quiet

Had a great week staying at Jody's property in Oceanside. Perfect location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need too cook and entertain. The beds were very comfortable and it was an added bonus to have a garage.

The yellow house

Wonderful place to stay.

This home was perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious, the place was very clean, and the location was great for the beach and for access to the interstate. The host was very helpful. We hope to stay here again.

Oceanside House Rental

My family had an amazing time at this property. It’s a five minute walk to the beach and Oceanside pier. Even during the pandemic we were able to ride bikes, go fishing, go to the farmers market and to the Carlsbad outlets. I would highly recommend this property. It was spacious and hit all the things that you would need. In addition we had a very intuitive an amazing host.

A Dream Stay in Oceanside

Our world-traveling family has been at home since March, and we were longing for a nice, social distanced getaway. We spent a lot of time looking at properties in both San Diego and Orange counties, and feel like we hit the jackpot finding this home. We worked from the home with mom attending an online conference out of Europe, two kids attending online school and dad there to take care of food and breaks at the beach. This home is in a safe neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, equipped with EVERYTHING that you could need for cooking, staying, and all the gear for the beach you could possibly imagine. Comfortable beds, added amenities and all the little additions that made our stay absolutely perfect. The only improvement I can mention would be to get a wifi booster for the guest bedroom at the end of the hall, as well as the third floor. We also never heard from the property manager after the initial email with the entry information. There was no checkin at all with us during our stay and while we did not have any problems, it would have been nice to get an email/text with "did you arrive ok/how are things going?". All in all, just minor feedback, nothing that took away from our stay in any way! This house is gorgeous, clean, well kept, well equipped and we had an absolutely wonderful time and came home re-charged!

An emerging food and brew scene means an influx of restaurants from burger joints to fine-dining establishments and everything in-between. Pleasant weather generally year-round, it has easy access to I-5 and is a centrally located base to enjoy Southern California attractions like LEGOLAND, Disneyland, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Zoo, and Sea World.
