This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium is located between the harbor and the Pacific Ocean in the Marina Del Mar complex in Oceanside, Ca. Oceanside is in sunny San Diego County where there are an abundance of activities and tourist attractions. You won't need to even drive anywhere if you don't want to. When you stay in this condominium you are steps from the sandy beaches and the marina. At the marina you will find restaurants, shops, and rental sites where you can rent jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and several different types of boats. The beach also has volleyball courts for your fun in the sun! If you decide to walk back to the Marina Del Mar complex you will find an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub, grills, and tables.
Inside this newly remodeled condominium you will find all of the amenities necessary to make your stay a memorable one. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your meals and enjoy the crisp ocean breezes all at the same time. This condo overlooks the harbor where you can see all of the glistening lights in the evening. Watching the lighthouse and the boats come and go is a spectacular site. You will be coming back for years once you stay in this gorgeous and perfectly located condo!

Marina Del Mar Condominiums overlook miles of sandy beaches that run alongside the picturesque Oceanside Harbor. When you're not enjoying the heated pool and hot tub in the condos there are many other activities, both relaxing and exciting, that the harbor has to offer for people of all ages.
If you're looking for something adventurous check out the water sports rentals across from the shops and restaurants. Here you will be able to rent affordable kayaks, jet skis, pedal boats, stand-up paddleboards, and more! At Helgren's Sports Fishing you can schedule a day trip or an overnight adventure to fish, whale watch, or embark on a harbor excursion. You'll be able to find everything you need for a perfect fishing trip including fuel, equipment, and more.
The harbor is also home to numerous sports bars, restaurants, and cafes of all kinds to ensure your satisfaction. There are several fantastic seafood options to choose from such as Harbor Fish & Chips or Oceanside Broiler. If you prefer a more upscale experience try D'vino, a popular fusion bistro that includes a gelato café and wine bar.
The harbor's inviting village setting is perfect for unwinding with a relaxing stroll through the various gift shops and boutiques where you will find stylish beachwear as well as souvenirs & gifts so you can take a little bit of paradise home with you.
Just a few steps away from the condos lay a long stretch of sand perfect for beach games or volleyball. There are also various tents which offer surf lessons and surfboard rentals for more adventurous vacationers. Families will be pleased to know that this beach has several convenient features such as bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards on duty during peak seasons and hours. The shaded picnic tables and coal barbecue grills are perfect for large or small gatherings after a long day at the beach. You can also end your beach day with a short walk to the Oceanside Pier and grab a fish sandwich from the Tin Fish to enjoy on the beach.
Parking on site is free for 1 vehicle per condo. Guest parking is available in the paid lots and free parking for 72 hours in the parking lot by the Crab Shack. No vehicles over 16ft allowed in the parking area at all. Tall, large and extended pickup trucks or SUV's will need to park off-site.

Quiet Beaches:
Monday - Friday of Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept. There are some events scheduled on weekends during these time so check with management.
No Guest Parking on site from May until June. Only the assigned space may be used for your unit. Extra vehicles need to use paid parking lots or Free Parking area by the Crab Shack.

Q. Is there parking in the complex?
A. Most units have 1 assigned parking space. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis.
Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle?
A. No vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max.
Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring?
A. We suggest you bring your own beach towels, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Some of the units may have these items, but we cannot guarantee they will be available on your arrival.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex.
Q. Is there air conditioning?
A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning.

RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, must occupy the property throughout the reservation, and must electronically sign SoCal Vacay's rental agreement before check-in. The complete agreement will also be provided in the Airbnb message thread after booking.

By booking, the guest agrees that only the occupants and pets included in the Airbnb reservation may occupy the property. Changes to dates, guest count, or pet count require prior approval and must be processed through Airbnb. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, smoking, incense, illegal activity, and commercial events are prohibited.

The Airbnb cancellation policy applicable to the reservation controls. All reservation payments, modifications, fees, damage claims, excessive-cleaning claims, and other reservation-related amounts will be disclosed and processed through Airbnb. SoCal Vacay will not directly charge the guest's credit or debit card for reservation-related amounts.

The guest is responsible for actual damage caused by the guest, invitees, pets, or other animals under the guest's control, excluding ordinary wear and tear. Permitted claims will be documented and submitted through Airbnb's Resolution Center.

Check-in and checkout times must be followed. Early check-in or late checkout requires prior approval. Guests must promptly report access, maintenance, cleanliness, or property-condition concerns during their stay by calling SoCal Vacay at 760-407-2806.

SoCal Vacay may enter the property when reasonably necessary to address an emergency, investigate a reported disturbance, verify occupancy, prevent or inspect damage, or perform necessary maintenance or repairs.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb's Accessibility Policy. If you do not agree to these terms or are unwilling to sign the complete rental agreement, please do not book.
