Our cottage is located on 16 acres and is adjacent to 265 acres of woodland just waiting for you to explore. Upstate NY is also known for its beautiful fall foliage. It's a sight that should not be missed.

A REFUNDABLE security deposit is collected to cover any broken/missing items or out of the ordinary stains.

We apologize for having to collect the above security deposit but we have recently had tenants that left the cottage in complete disarray and have broken or stolen items. We have rented for more than 20 years and have put off collecting security deposit until recent tenants have caused us to to do so. Again, we apologize for having to collect this.
