This beach town community boasts a lively atmosphere, with activities and events going on almost daily, from the weekend browsing the local art studios and shops to surfing, bird watching, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.

This home is brand new to the market, having just been fully renovated and redone in the Spring of 2017. It truly offers the best of both worlds with all of the modern amenities of a new home but the original charm that is characteristic of this charming historic community. The living areas in the house have expansive views of the Bay and a beautiful open floor plan with hardwood floors and slate throughout every room. The dining room is an idyllic gathering area for the whole family, featuring a large farm style dining room table that seats 16 people.

The downstairs master bedroom has a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, large walk-in closet and two queen beds. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two king suites, one double queen and kids' room with double bunk beds (one twin and one double).
