This home is a New Construction Duplex Beach House sleeps up to 16 people including Children and Adults. This listing is for the rental of the entire home or both units each floor / unit is Spacious & newly constructed & decorated beach home with each having 3 bedrooms & 2 new custom baths (granite & stone tile). Living room , full new kitchen and dining area, washer-dryer, central air and heat, each have a very large decks with table & 6 chairs, each floor has 3 flat screen TV's, WiFi, large parking driveway and street parking if needed. Each unit has their own separate entry, when renting both floors this home will provide 6 bedrooms with 2 master baths, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms with plenty of living space. units have new hardwood floors throughout the home.

This house is located approximately one and a half blocks to the beach (5 min walk) and half block to the bay or boat ramp (30 second walk). Short walking distance (8 min walk) to the center of town restaurants, ice cream, shops and more. Links golf course is a 3 min car drive to the course. also included are Flat screen TVs, ceiling fans, wireless internet, washer and dryer and modern kitchen.
