Casa da Lagoa is a new house, decorated in a modern style, with large windows that let in plenty of light.
The house is fully equipped, with air conditioning in all rooms, a central heating system, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a refrigerator, an oven, an induction cooktop, a range hood, and hot water provided by a solar system, as well as all the small and useful appliances, including a coffee maker.
There are four bedrooms: three with en suite bathrooms and one with a shared bathroom. There are two double bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one triple bedroom, which is usually used for children. Three of the four rooms are on the first floor and one on the first floor.
There are five fully equipped bathrooms (except for the one outside serving the pool), with three showers and two bathtubs, one of which is a large jacuzzi.
On the first floor, there is a large living room that doubles as a dining room, featuring a large fireplace that, on winter nights—combined with central heating—creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
There are Smart TVs in the living room and in all bedrooms, cable TV, and a 300W sound system that can be connected to an iPod, iPhone, or any Android device via a 3.5mm jack, Bluetooth, or USB.
Outside, you’ll find a dining area and a space for leisure and socializing, as well as a small saltwater pool.
Fiber-optic internet is available throughout the house and outdoor areas, with download speeds of up to 200MB.
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
