Villa Aqua is a beachfront high-key villa with a spectacular ocean view, a private tennis court, 70 meters away from a beach, 3 km from the Troia golf course and 5 km from the Troia marina and its casino. This property is located between the Tróia Dunes Botanical Reserve and the Arrábida Reserve, just beside the Sado Estuary Natural reserve and the Atlantic Ocean. At your disposal within 5 km: golf course, tennis courts, spa, playground, supermarket, bars, and restaurants.

The house has lots of natural lighting and can accommodate 11 people. Its building concept has been based on a spirit of holidays that highlights important aspects of quality of life, such as nature, ocean and sun orientation.

The quietness of the place lets you enjoy the beach with calm waters almost like it was for private use. The garden provides full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play. The beachfront terrace with dining tables and barbecue make this home unique and the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

The house was perfect for our families and the Allure team were highly responsive and available throughout. The house requires some TLC but is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Access to the sands of the estuary, the Atlantic beaches and Comporta region offer the perfect backdrop and numerous activities. Overall I would say good value for money, a great team and an excellent place to gather and explore with family and friends. 20/09/25

Villa is so beautiful. We fell in love with the place from the beginning. Our stay was full of activities (swimming, fishing, kayaking, cycling, playing tennis) and fun times. We are already making plans to come back. Andreia was an amazing host. She took great care of us. We are so glad we picked this place for our family holiday. Thank you so much.

Very nice Garden/Outside, but the lights are killing the atmosphere

The house is very nice located and very quiet, if there are no works on the nearby construction sides. The outside area with the pool is fantastic and the private tennis court is a real benefit. The house has two sea kayak and two SUP. The interior of the house is a bit outdated, but well maintained and in good condition. The real downside for us was the horrible bright LED light that is installed everywhere and cannot be dimmed. This kills the atmosphere at night. Some of the air conditioner were not working and could not be fixed, but we did not need them really. What is missing are mosquito screen for the windows. If the lights would be changed, we would come back.

Fantastic Family Villa

Fantastic Family Villa . We loved spending a week at this villa as a family of four. The pool area is really special and we had great fun just hanging out, playing tennis, walking on the beach etc. We also loved jumping on the bikes and cycling along the really well designed cycle paths all the way into Tróia and back. The region really is beautiful and untouched. The villa is at the end of the road on the East side of the development and nice and quiet, but within a short ride or drive of the west side where the beach club and best beaches are. All very convenient. 20/07/24 As everyone says, the beds are quite hard. Not a massive problem but it is noticeable and quite an easy fix. Doors or windows could also do with insect Screens. At some point the bathrooms probably need a bit of a refurb but are of good quality. Just slightly tired. Again you won’t notice after the first day.

La villa est très belle, grande et bien entretenue

La villa est très belle, grande et bien entretenue. La piscine est très propre. L'emplacement est parfait pour des vacances reposantes en famille. Andreia est très sympathique et était réactif à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Luxury multi-activity holiday

The house and garden are fabulously spacious and well maintained, though the fridge and electrics weren't perfect. There is loads to do in and around the villa (tennis, pool, kayaks, bikes) as well as surrounding area. Setubal is lovely, Comporta has wine tasting and is a rice growing area, lots of interesting history and information. Great weather too!

Great villa - highly recommended for a big group.

We had a fantastic time at Villa Aqua. The villa caters very well for large groups, especially couples. The engagement with Allure Villas was also great and they were very helpful and responsive leading up to the trip. The villa had all the necessary things you would expect from a holiday home and the outside areas for entertaining were amazing. The villa could do with some additional kitchen equipment (smaller pots and pans, sharper knives, more chopping boards, peeler) but these are just suggested improvements and did not detract from our holiday. We would definitely stay at Villa Aqua again.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage,der Tennisplatz muss mal wieder gereinigt werden . In der Küche ist zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr,aber sonst Super. In der Woche so gegen 11 Uhr kam der Gärtner, unangekündigt in den Garten,und fing an den Rasen zu mähen .

About 45 minutes away from Lisbon, Tróia is a peninsula surrounded by 3 natural parks, with the sea, long sandy beaches and mountains enhanced in perfect harmony.
Tróia is a paradise that combines panoramic views with charm. Its unique preservation of nature makes this place an exclusive holiday destination in Portugal.
The white sandy shores and the transparent sea of this place will make you feel far away from everything and close to paradise.
In balance with and respecting the environment it's possible to enjoy a series of activities, ranging from sports to the region’s excellent gastronomy.
In the north coastal region of Alentejo is the Tróia Peninsula, installed on a sand dune, 17 km long and 1.5 km wide. It’s 45 km from Lisbon and its casino and marina and from an 18-hole golf course on the edge of ocean.
Archaeological investigations are in progress, so the Roman ruins are not yet fully open to the public. However, it is possible to visit the workshops of salting fish, baths, and the mausoleum that houses the "Rua da Princesa".
At the southern edge of the peninsula is Comporta, a village of just over 1000 inhabitants, a land of vineyards and rice inserted between the plains of Alentejo and the Atlantic shores. You can visit the "Rice Museum" located in one of the old mills, see the threshing, winnowing and rice hulling and the cellars of the “Herdade Comporta”.
Continuing further south, we arrive at Grândola, a peaceful town in the Alentejo, located 40 km south of Setubal and the mouth of the river Sado, in the plains of cork oaks.
There are 45 km of white sandy beaches that stretch from Tróia to Melides.
