Apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the establishment. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and capacity for 4 people.

Accommodation of 59 m² cosy and fully equipped, with panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, seasonal community swimming pool + children's pool, community garage in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 ceiling fan, 2 televisions (main Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.

The independent kitchen with ceramic hob is equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

Excellent location and apartment, just change the beds :)

The location is absolutely brilliant, right by the beach and everything you want is near. Apartment is equipped with many utensils plates glasses etc, and is a good size. View is just incredible, aircon and fans work great. 4 might be a squish but can certainly still manage. Staff at reception were lovely and explained getting to the place very clear. Office is just round the corner. People in previous reviews weren’t joking, the single beds are EXTREMELY hard. Not only that but the pillows as well. Certainly does give neck pain I ended up using the sofa cushions. Also no oven glovestea towels provided.

Perfectly adequate for us 3 friends to share for a few days. Enjoyable

The location is brilliant for the beach and restaurants/bars and you have a fantastic view. Also very quiet. Bathroom was well appointed but smelt slightly mouldy as if the water was laying under the shower tray? It went when we ran the shower but would come back overnight. Single beds are very hard! Bit difficult picking up the keys when you didn’t know the location

Ample storage options and sufficient kitchenware to facilitate a long stay. Sufficient heating to also spend colder days during the winter period. Prompt follow-up and good service from the office. The furniture is somewhat outdated and could use a refresh. Too many ornaments and knick-knacks, sometimes less is better

Great apartment with stunning view and minor niggles

The apartment was clean and very well equipped, if a little dated in decor&#47colour. The aerial view directly onto the promenade and beach was spectacular and the sliding windows opened wide to provide an airy vista. The AC was good and there are two TVs - in the front room ( with some open Netflix accounts) and bedroom. The shower was reasonably hot. Two sets of keys were provided. Sofa was reasonably comfortable and there is a table and chairs you can probably do without. It also has a radio cassette&#47CD player. Loads of towels and spare blankets. Amenities included folding chairs, lightweight loungers for the beach, vacuum, drying rack, everything basically. Good wi-fi. Minutes from the main strip but without the noise, just the sound of the waves. The layout means the bedroom with two single beds is a bit claustrophobic but there is a sliding window that opens into the front room and there is also a ceiling fan. The beds were pretty hard and not particularly comfortable. The shower bracket was insecure and allowed the head to rotate on the wall. The built-in hairdryer constantly cut out. A welcome pack of tea and coffee would have been nice though most don&#39t do it.

Lo hemos pasado muy bien, y todo ha sido perfecto. Como sugerencia indicaría se especificara la altura de entrada al parking del alojamiento. Muchas gracias por todo. El trato tanto de la oficina de Booking Benidorm y de los conserjes del edificio ha sido perfecta y cercana. Para repetir sin duda.

El apartamento es súper tranquilo, sin ruidos La playa en esa zona no es buena ya que tiene muchas piedras y el apartamento está algo retirado del centro.
