Exclusive design apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the same building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (1 en suite) and capacity for 6 people.

70 m² accommodation that is beautiful and renovated, it has a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea, the bay, and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed internet access via fiber (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, community pool + children's pool open during season (05/01 to 10/31), outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 3 Smart TV televisions, iron, hair dryer.



The American kitchen with an induction island, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, water kettle, and juicer.



- The key delivery and check-in is done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, Bajos Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of 200€ is retained on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash in its absence.

- Check-in from 4:30 PM (high season from 6:00 PM)

- Check out before 11:00 am

Absolutely perfect property and location

Location and views were perfect. Had everything we needed, was clean and spacious. No long mirror for getting dressed for going out this is a big negative especially for women.

Great location, great views.

Location was brilliant and the view from the balcony was exceptional. Perfect if you’re wanting a quieter stay but not too far from the nightlife if that’s what you’re into. The drains were quite smelly and the shower in the main bathroom flooded.

Peaceful, relaxing, excellent position, well equipped.

Apartment was beautiful, spacious and excellent views. The entrance to the block of apartments is dated and so is the lift. But then you walk into this stunning apartment. Just lacking a safety deposit box and some long mirrors on the wall.

Just spent a lovely week at this apartment

Just spent a lovely week at this apartment.Views and decor are fabulous and the apartment is very well placed with access to everything.Lovely staff at Benidorm booking where we picked up the keys There were 3 of us . The decor is gorgeous but signs of wear and tear are showing .We were told that an engineer? was looking at the door casing in the main bedroom.On arrival, the door casing on the inside of the bedroom was broken , the door didn't shut and pipes were exposed from the air con unit above it .The Aircon unit was noisy at times so we hardly used it during our stay, thinking that someone was coming to mend it .Also, the wires from the wall light in the spare bedroom were exposed , so we did not use it .The head board had dropped away from the wall also .We appreciate the difficulty in doing maintenance in such a lovely apartment ,which is clearly popular ,but these issu es really need attention. Long mirror needed as everyone else has stated.Given all that said, we would like to book again but noticed the very large increase in price for the same week next year ..,..

Perfect place to stay very good value for money.

The location of the property is ideal. Right on the beach. Fantastic views excellent facilities. The key collection place is literally not far from the property which was idea when we had an early flight to catch. We really needed a full length mirror in the property.

Wonderful views from a beautiful apartment.

Great apartment, great location!

beautifully refurbished and a great location. well equipped kitchen. good to have the 2 bathrooms aswell. kitchen sink was a bit smelly but we bought cleaning fluid to put in regularly. could do with a full length mirror
