Recently renovated, this dog-friendly 2-bedroom condo boasts updated furnishings and decor. It features two new King-size beds for ultimate comfort, along with two full bathrooms.

The living room is equipped with two cozy rocker recliners, Cable TV, and Netflix for your entertainment. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The newly remodeled enclosed sun room adds extra space and includes games for unwinding after a day of exploring the lake or enjoying Branson's attractions.

The full kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, providing a home-like atmosphere.

Our on-site marina offers a courtesy dock, boat rentals, and storage, along with fishing licenses, tackle, and guide services. Experience thrilling water sports and some of the best bass fishing in the world, all just minutes from Branson's attractions.

The complex features a swimming pool and shuffleboard, conveniently located just a few steps away. A handicap pool lift has been available since 2018 for accessibility. The pool is situated at the top of the hill on Crescent Dr.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be fully potty-trained and are not allowed on the furniture or on our blankets, sheets, towels or on any of our linens. Pets must be crated at all times when no guests are present. Being able to bring your pet(s) with you to the property is an extra privilege, but is an extra responsibility as well. Any messes made must be thoroughly cleaned up by the guests. If extra cleaning is required to clean up messes left by pets, you agree to be charged extra money to cover the costs. The Emerald Bay Yacht Club COA only allows one dog 25 lbs or less.

To enhance the safety and security of all guests and to protect the property, a doorbell camera has been installed outside at the front entrance. The guests acknowledge this and agree to refrain from interfering with the camera's ability to capture footage.

If you are bringing a boat and/or trailer of any kind, you will need to store the boat and the trailer offsite, such as at Branson Bay Marina or Jerrys Boat and Mini Storage. Contact them for all details.

Absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING is allowed in the parking lot of the marina (per Branson Bay Marina rules) or in the parking lot in the condominium complex (per COA rules). Any trailer will be towed at the expense of the guest. Please heed the signs that are posted on the resort property to comply with the COA rules.

Children and pets shall be supervised at all times.

Children are not permitted to climb on rock walls.

Fireworks are not permitted in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex at any time.

The maximum speed limit is 15 miles per hour within the complex. Watch for pedestrians including children playing.

Excessive noise and boisterous behavior within the unit and in the common areas is prohibited.

Use of charcoal grills is prohibited.

The maximum occupancy is 5 persons.

If any fines are imposed due to violations of the association rules and regulations or government regulations by any guests, the guest who made the booking agrees to cover the fine, which may exceed $500.

As a standard disclaimer for all our properties, we would like to inform you that our condo is located in a community and state where the use of cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana is permitted. Smoking indoors at our property is not permitted; this includes, but is not limited to, smoking for medicinal purposes. While we make every effort to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please note that, although we do not imply the presence of any odors, there is a possibility that residual odors from these substances may be present in the unit during the dates that you stay, potentially due to neighboring units or previous guests who did not comply with our rules.

Emerald Bay Yacht Club (COA) and Emerald Pointe (Master POA) are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. Only two (2) vehicles are allowed at the property.

Nice and cozy, was disappointed that sun porch wasn’t available as that was one reason we chose because my husband likes to read early morning, also water wont stay in either tub because drain doesn’t seal properly, we loved the recliners and the movies!

Great location and condo was nice but we had issues that are hopefully resolved. Condo was not ready at check in and the online listing listed amenities that the facility did not offer. I will say that the host went above and beyond to resolve the issue.

Property and location were as advertised. Maybe it was listed but I didn’t notice it, no soap or shampoo was at the condo. Also find it pretty ridiculous to pay that much of a cleaning fee but yet we are responsible to wash the towels and take the trash out after the stay.

not what we signed up for...

I booked this condo because I liked the photos, I liked the vaulted kitchen, the updated look and especially for the location. The ad said, close to the strip and when I contacted the property manager to see how far it was from Silver Dollar City she said only 15 minutes. I was contacted when we were in route that we had been switched to a "nicer" condo due to a maintenance issue to a totally different property that was 35 minutes from Silver Dollar City and not close to anything (we forgot a toothbrush) as it wasn't even in Branson, it was in Hollister. I told the management person that I thought the photos of our original condo were nicer and that I was concerned about the location and she assured me that we were switched to the much nicer condo. Then, as we were almost to the condo, I was called to be notified that the condo was not ready, and that there was an issue with the previous tenants leaving and they had to get the police involved so it was not yet clean and they would need 2-3 hours to do so. That was especially frustrating as we have two little kids that we wanted to get to bed on time as we knew it would be a really long day at Silver Dollar City the next day. We were told we could get in our room at 8 after only 1 hour of cleaning time and it showed. The towels were sloppy, there was long black hair on them, the floors were not clean. I was told I needed to switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer. My husband asked why I was folding laundry on vacation and I told him I didn't know what else to do with the laundry in the dryer. Other than that the room was decorated fine (I would have like the other kitchen better), the bed was super lumpy. We ran out of hot water after taking only two short showers so not everyone got to shower Sunday morning. It was definitely not what I signed up for and I think that we should for sure get a discount due to all of our trouble.

Hi Kim, I wanted to clear up the confusion here. First of all this is not the condo you had originally booked. This condo doesn't have vaulted ceilings as you can see in the pictures. I had to move you to this condo due to maintenance issues at the other which happens in this business occasionally. This condo that you stayed at is much nicer then the original one you had booked, and my nightly rate is higher then the other condo, so you received a good deal for a nice, newly updated, walk-in condo. Also this condo is a walk-in where the other has 15 steps. Silver Dollar City is 15 minutes if you take the back roads due to a lot less traffic then the Strip. I had called you and told you the situation with the previous guests before you. They had been at my condo a week and I guess didn't want to go home on the day they were supposed to, so I had to call the police since they never returned my calls until 6 pm. They were supposed to check out at 10 am our check out time but didn't till that evening. You told me about 6:00 pm that you were 45 minutes away from the condo and you all were going to stop off at Lambert's in Ozark, MO to eat dinner and it would not be a problem. The condo was clean and ready at 7:30 pm. and you didn't arrive till after we cleaned it. So I don't understand why you gave me this unhappy review. My husband and I had to clean the condo since the housekeepers were done for the day. I personally cleaned the floors myself and felt I did a real thorough job. The last load of laundry in the washer we didn't want to wait around for because didn't want you to have to wait on us. I am sorry you were not satisfied with everything. We really did the best we could to make your stay a comfortable one. Thanks, Kim

You can see the lake and the boat slips a little bit from our 3 bedroom condo which is the line of condos the next street down from where you were. Thank You for the review. Kim

Emerald Bay Yacht Club is right on the Lake and has a covered boat dock. There is a Shared Outdoor Pool, Tennis Court and Fitness Room at the Clubhouse.
There is a Playground next to the lake with-in walking distance.
There is a small convenience store which sells ice and drinks, etc.
Branson Bay Marina is right next to Emerald Bay and they have a HI-Dri Boat Storage and Launch. Branson Bay Marina has all kinds of different rentals to enjoy.

Emerald Bay is a boaters Paradise, located on the shores of beautiful Table Rock Lake with CONVENIENT BOATING FACILITIES, courtesy ramp. Luxury condos in a "GATED COMMUNITY" on the "Quiet Side of Table Rock Lake”, the condos have "All THE COMFORTS OF HOME" which you'll greatly appreciate after a great day of boating or site seeing!

Branson Bay Marina is right next to Emerald Bay and they have a HI-Dri Boat Storage and Launch. Branson Bay Marina has all kinds of different rentals to enjoy.
