This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms with a large walk in shower in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. We are always adding things to the condo to make your stay more enjoyable, if we can do something special for your stay, please let us know.

Thank you for staying with us this Spring !!!! The spot has changed some over the years, the view of the water is better (we cut a couple of dead trees a few years ago), I kinda miss the old oak trees but the view of the lake improved. Indian Point now has so many things to do on it from Silver Dollar City, boating, kayaking, renting golf carts, you can actually spend all day on the Point with plenty to do. We are a small complex with only 12 condos, located in a residential area with a place to get a great hamburger right next door. If you like to relax on vacation, and still be close enough to the strip to enjoy, this spot works our great. Thanks again !!!!

Thank you for staying with us during Spring Break !!! The condos sits as close as you can to the edge of Corp Property so access to the Lake is easy off the back deck steps. I have spent hours down at the Lake, fishing, kayaking, watching boats or just relaxing for the day. The view never gets old, from morning coffee to amazing sunsets, the back deck is the place to be during this time of the year. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!

Thank you for staying with us this Spring Break !!! We have lots of families that stay with us, the condo is almost 1800 sq, ft, all on one level and the back deck adds another 200 sq. ft. so everyone has room to enjoy their trip. SDC is about 10 minutes away and the best part is that it is only 10 minutes back to the condo after the day at the park. The back deck is a great place to sit and watch boats go by, watch the sunsets, or just sit and relax. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!

We really enjoyed our stay and would book here again in the future. Clark was very accommodating and kind. The condo was also very nice and being by the lake was great. It was little drive to Branson, but it was nice to be out in the nice scenery.

Thank you for staying with us during Spring Break !!! We are at the end of Indian Point, in the middle of a residential area, so the condos are quiet and relaxing. With only 12 condos, somedays you could be the only car in the parking lot. Silver Dollar City is right 10 minutes so we are a perfect location for Lake and SDC. Indian Point now has a few more things to do on it, so I don't run into Branson often but still usually go once a trip. It does take about 15 minutes to get back to the Strip so we always spend the day when we go and then relax at the condo. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!!

Thank you for staying with us again this year. About 35 % of our guests are return guests, some of them probably know my condo better than I do. The first part of March is always a fun time to be in Branson, the town slowly opens back up, but is not crowed and the weather is usually good during that week. it makes for a very relaxing week at the condo. We are still working on a couple of things that we did not finish early this year and making plans for a few new updates next year. Thanks again, we hope you get to come back soon !!!

Thank you for staying with us this Christmas season !!! I think we were the first condo in the complex to decorate for Christmas and now I think almost everyone decorates their condo. About 40 % of our guests this time of the year are returning guests and they really enjoy the decorations, several families have brought their children for years and the kids really enjoy seeing decorations everywhere they go. The lake is fun to watch this time of the year, not real busy but beautiful to sit and watch. I know you guys made a trip to Silver Dollar City, we love how easy it is to get in and out of the park and it is so relaxing to be back at the condo in just a few minutes. This was a perfect option for us! We were traveling with our small pup and our elderly parents so being able to enter and exit the condo without managing steps was great! The other thing I was looking for was a shower that my parents could just walk into without having to step over the side of a bathtub and the main master bathroom met that. The entire condo was not only spacious but was also very well supplied! Having only a one minute walk to a great lakeside casual restaurant was also a plus! I also must say how accommodating the owner was after I realized I booked and fully paid for a weekend that conflicted with our granddaughter’s dance recital! He was so helpful and flexible about working with us to change our stay! We would most definitely stay here again! Best VRBO experience that I’ve had in every way!

Thank you for staying with us !!! We do have a lot of older guests stay with us, the reserved parking spot is level, the sidewalk over to the front door is level, and the condo is all on one level. We just redid the master bath last year, we kinda like the big walk in shower , and yes it should work out great for older guests also. We always walk next door to grad a burger, usually the first day that we are there, it makes it super easy to unpack, grab something to eat and just walk back to the condo to relax. Glad we can could work out the dates, sometimes those things happen and usually there is a solution to the problem that will work for everyone. Thanks again, hope you guys get to come back soon !!!

Thank you for staying with us again this year. Christmas time is always a fun time to be in Branson, we decorate for Christmas and all of Branson celebrates the time of the year. I am going up this week to spend a couple of nights, enjoy the lake view, see David at Sight and Sound and visit Silver Dollar City to see the lights. I know it has been a couple of years since you guys have been to the condo, we did redo the floor coverings this year and we have added the large master shower. This is an awesome property! Right on the lake and 5 minutes to SDC! It was quiet, spacious, and very nice! Large rooms, great kitchen, and an awesome view to the lake.

Thank you for staying with us this Fall !!! Silver Dollar City is right up the road, the best part is getting to the park and even better when it is time to go back to the condo, no traffic and crowds to deal with. We are a small complex so usually very quiet and relaxing, it is fun to sit and watch the lake, see a few boats go by and admire the deer in the back yard area. We use the kitchen a lot so it kinda has almost everything that you need from a crock pot to breakfast griddles. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!!

The condo was well furnished and very clean. The host was excellent and always responded quickly to communications. We really liked the location making travel to area attractions easy, yet we were far enough away for peace and quiet on the lake.

Thank you for staying with us for almost 10 days this October. I do send these review to the cleaners and I think they do a great job also. They have been with me since I owned the condo. It did look like it was very quiet at the condos during your stay, we are a small complex, located in a residential area so sometimes you are the only one in the parking lot. We are close to Silver Dollar City and just a quick trip back to the strip in Branson. Somedays we just spend the entire day on Indian Point. Thank you for your help on the toilet, my handyman said it was a seal that needed to be replaced and did involve a trip to the hardware store. Thanks again, we hope you get to come back soon !!!!

Thank you for staying with us at the end of summer !!! We usually keep the pool open until the first part of October, weather is always good and guests (kids) don't mind of the water is a little bit cooler. It is fun to have families stay with us, the bedrooms are separate and are big enough to have king beds in all of them and it makes it nice to have all of the bedrooms on one level. With the outdoor living space (back deck) the condo has about 2000 sq ft available for guests to enjoy their vacation. September is a great month to be at the condos, especially during the week, not many guests and often times you feel like you have the place all to yourself. Thank you for staying with us at the start of Christmas season. We started decorating for Christmas the first year that we had the condo and now I think everyone at the complex decorates during Christmas time. Branson does love this time of the year. Our cleaners have been with us since the beginning and do a great job, I send these reviews to them because I think they deserve the credit and they have the hardest job of the stay. The lake is always fun with kids, with the steps off the back deck, it is easy to get down to walk down to the lake and is easy to go back to the condo. We have amazing sunsets from the back deck. Thank you for staying with us this summer. The condos are very spacious with about 1800 sq. ft all on one floor and the deck adds another 200 sq. ft during the summer time. We have lots of families stay with us because of the size of the condos. We are as close to the shoreline as we can get, the Corp property starts about 10 feet behind our deck, and with the steps off the back deck, it is easy to go down to the Lake and enjoy the water. We spend more time down by the Lake than we do at the pool. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

Thank you for saying with us. September is slow month at the condos especially during the week and guests can enjoy and relax for their trip. Thank you for the pictures, I have spent lots of time on the back deck watching boats and sunsets and I love that the steps off the back deck allow an easy walk down to the shoreline. My new favorite thing to do is put up a hammock down by the water. We did do some updates this year, and I am sure we have a few planned for next year also. Thank you for staying with us this summer. Silver Dollar City is a must do when you are in Branson, and we love to go as often as we can. Christmas time is my favorite time to go and it seems like it is just right around the corner. We enjoy waking up to the lake view, watching the deer out back, the short drive up to spend the day at SDC and the fun part is the 10 minute drive back to the condo. We have even been twice in one day. We do have some updates planned for next year and we hope you get to come back. Thanks again, have a great summer.

Great upscale family property!!!

Great place for a family, we stayed for a week and it was comfortable with plenty of room to hang out together but also get away to your own rooms. Close to many of the attractions but away from the traffic and congestion.

Thank you for staying with us this summer. June is one of my favorite times to be at the condo. We have lots of families that stay with us, the condo is big, bedrooms are separate and the master bedroom suite is big enough to have a whole vacation in there. The back deck add additional room during the summer and is a great extension to the living room and kitchen area for visiting, eating, and game nights at the condo. The condos were built in a residential area, so after a long day of hanging out in Branson, the condo is a relaxing place to come back to and sit by the pool and enjoy the end of the day. On the days that you spend at the condo, Indian Point offers plenty of places to grab lunch and just take the day off enjoying your vacation. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

October is one of my favorite months at the condo, the weather is a little cooler, leaves have started to change and the town is slower during the week.. We do have lots of families that stay with us during the year, with three large bedrooms, we have plenty of room for grandparents to come or for the kids to bring friends to go to Silver Dollar City. This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this property. It's a great location - quiet with relaxing views of the lake. We lucked out on the weather & had drinks on the porch while watching the sunset. The unit is clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Kitchen is stocked with every thing you could need, plus a new fridge with ice maker. We loved the Christmas decorations & the new giant TV's in every room. It's a peaceful retreat, not far from all the main attractions.

Thank you for staying with us again !!! I have been to the condo when weather was perfect this time of the year and when it was really cold, either way the lake and sunsets are always beautiful. This time of the year, about 40% of our guests are return guests, everyone loves the Christmas decorations and usually have a trip to Silver dollar city planned which is right up the road and makes it so easy to get in and out of the park. We do have a few updates planned for this next year, kinda unsure what we will do but there is always plenty of things to do for our guests. I am going up to the condo in a couple of weeks to start making plans for next year. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon !!! Merry Christmas !!!!

Very nice, clean and attractive condo. It was all so nice, but I especially enjoyed the porch (which is gated) each morning with my dogs and my coffee looking at the beautiful lake through the trees. And deer visitors each morning!

Thank you for staying with us at the end of summer, September is always a quiet and relaxing month at the condos. We used to travel with a dog, the reason for the gate, she loved to lay on the deck and watch the deer and squirrels in the back yard area. She was a small yellow lab and loved the smells out back and the trip down to the water. The deck adds some extra living space to the condo because everything is on one level. It seems to be the gathering place in the morning for coffee and watching boats go by and it is a great place to watch sunsets at the end of the day. We hope that you get to come back soon and do some back porch sitting !!!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The manager/owner communicated everything we needed to know plenty in advance.

Thank you for staying with us. Sorry or the delay, I have not been able to respond. We did do some updates and remodeling this year and we have already started Spring Break stays. We hope that you get to come back soon !!!!

Second stay, great place!

Thank you for staying with us again. We have lots of repeat guests each year and we use the condo about 30 to 40 days a year. Family nights or even days are the best, the condo is big enough that you can enjoy your days just hanging out. Sitting by the pool is a must and most of the time, you have the pool area all to yourself, the back deck is a great place to sit and visit and it is a short walk down to the shoreline to just sit down and listen to the waves hit the bank. At the end of a long day of doing nothing , you can walk next door and grab a burger. Lots of families stay with us, we don't have any steps so grandparents love it, and the condo is all on one level with king beds for everyone. Thanks again, hope you get to come back soon.

We loved this condo. I appreciate how well stocked it was. Very clean. Loved the back deck area. Very spacious. All 3 rooms had king beds. Great location. Owner was quick to respond to my questions before renting as well as during our stay when needed. Highly recommend!

Thank you for staying with us !!! I just got back from the condo getting ready for the Christmas season. We have lots of families stay with us during the year and they love the size of the condo and everything being on one level. With the deck we have about 2000 sq. ft. Our cleaners do a great job and we get to use the condo about 30 days a year and we still enjoy our trips to the Lake and to enjoy everything that Branson has to offer. We live in Central Arkansas , being an active Real Estate broker we enjoy spending time with our families and friends. We have been to Branson several times and we really enjoy the family atmosphere the town holds. We make short trips to Branson throughout the year but really enjoy the Fall and Holiday seasons. Having a vacation home will give us more time to discover new adventures in the area.

This condo made us feel like we were on vacation the minute we walked it, it is very spacious and lets us invite family and friends to come and stay. The condo allows us to be located close to all of the activities in Branson or allows us the opportunity just to relax in the peaceful surroundings. The Corp property out back makes it seem like you have a huge back yard that someone else takes care of and the view is beautiful from the water's edge.

Walk in level unit with with designated parking, very spacious allowing you to actually feel like you are on vacation, small complex with GREAT location for fun and relaxing.
