Casa Peixe Dourado is a modern “five-star” townhouse located on a corner lot in Colina Verde. The house features an open-concept living room and kitchen on the first floor. These spaces were redecorated in a lovely beach style in late 2020. The first floor features a pellet stove for the colder months and air conditioning for cooling during the summer months. Adjacent to the first floor is a wonderfully spacious balcony that is partially covered. There is a separate restroom downstairs.

The house is connected to a fiber-optic internet connection and has lightning-fast internet (100 Mbit) on all floors and even the rooftop terrace. The TV offers all international channels (including sports channels), as well as access to movie and gaming channels

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed and a lovely balcony; the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning that can both cool and heat.

On the second floor is a wonderfully spacious rooftop terrace with a lounge sofa, a BBQ, and lounge chairs. This allows you to barbecue while enjoying the ocean view.

The house offers views of the ocean, the typical Portuguese village, and the shared pool from various outdoor areas.

It is located in the small Colina Verde development, which borders the Monte Dourado resort, a 2-minute walk from the center of Carvoeiro and no fewer than 2 local beaches.
