We had a lovely stay! (1) The unit and the grounds are very well kept and clean. Pool was very clean. AC in the unit worked very well. (2) Short walk down a hill to get to the beachto restaurants and small grocery stores. Major grocery stores and gas station just a short drive north. (3) Watching the sunrise and sunset from the rooftop was amazing. (4) Katharine was great with communication. Read the instructions carefully and you will have no trouble getting into the unitinto the parking garage. (5) Would not hesitate to stay here again.

A great place to stay

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Carvoeiro. It's modern, clean and has a beautiful view. The shower stall leaks water which seeps under the bathroom sink

We had a really great time in Katherine’s apt. From the start the communication was prompt, friendly and informative. Booking in and getting in was easy with clear instructions. The apt was spotlessly clean and in a great location, about 5 min walk down the hill into the townbeach. The facilities were as described with a nice pool and plenty of sun loungers. I can only fully recommend a stay at Katherine’s place. We loved it.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the layered views of the stunning blue ocean were absolutely amazing. We were a little sad that the closest local beach was covered in seaweed during our visit, but of course that had nothing to do with the rental itself. The location was fantastic — we loved being able to easily walk into town. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return.

A beautiful Carvoeiro property.

We liked the quality of the accommodation and especially liked that the home was cleaned weekly. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the house when we took occupancy. It would be nice if there was toilet paper and paper towels provided and replenished at weekly cleaning. This service is provided at neighbouring properties.

We received detailed instructions regarding arrival and access to the apartment. Our request for an early check-in was accommodated. The apartment's location is excellent, central yet very quiet. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay

My husband and our toddler stayed for 4 nights. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to keep our toddler fed. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely town house

The property is well maintained and in a good location, steps up to the roof terrace are a bit daunting, especially if you are taking drinks etc up there. Lovely view from the balcony of the main bedroom Plenty of seating both inside and outside, plenty of crockery, cooking utensils.
