We invite you to call our elegant 1200 Sq Ft 2BR 2BA condominium home during your visit to Prescott. Walk the Granite Creek Trail to the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, local restaurants, and shopping.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our property and have the over 100 reviews to support this. We are confident that we can assure a safe and healthy experience for you and your family.

We strive to create an experience that we would like to have when renting a vacation home. Our kitchen is furnished with plenty of dinnerware, cookware, glassware & entertaining accessories that make you feel at home. Things like extra linens for bed and bath, personal toiletry items, laundry and cleaning supplies ensure that you won't be wasting time shopping for things you might have need. And just in case you don't make it to the grocery store upon arrival, we make sure there is coffee and tea for your first morning.

Property Features:
A recent remodel includes new flooring throughout and a new master bath. Our well-appointed kitchen has granite counters, natural slate tile floor and everything from cookbooks to small appliances like blenders, mixers and food processer. Bathrooms have tub & shower combos. Luxury furnishings include reclining sofa, leather club chairs, featherbed topped mattresses, top shelf linens for bed and bath, High Speed WIFI, full sized washer & dryer and two walk-in closets give you everything you need for a great stay.

My sister and I recently had a 3-night stay at this wonderful property! The first thing my sister said when arriving was "I could live here"! The place was immaculate, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and just perfect in every way. Extremely comfortable beds, cozy, and everything you could possibly need and more. Michael and Susan are special people and so accommodating! They have a binder covering everything you need to know during your stay, and suggestions on things to do and places to go/eat. We especially enjoyed the nearby LazyG Brewhouse the afternoon we arrived, and the close proximity (walking distance) to downtown Prescott. We hope to visit again soon!

Words cannot express what a wonderful experience we enjoyed at this beautiful home! Not only was it super clean, but there were so many charming touches offering such a comforting feel. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, with all manner of gadgets. This enabled us to fortify ourselves “at home” before venturing out to explore Whiskey Row - a very short walk! This was a marvelous home base for our Prescott adventures. Our hosts were extremely responsive, attentive, and unimaginably accommodating. We eagerly look forward to our next visit!

Easily one of the best stays we've ever had! The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet, but close to everything. Michael & Susan provided clear instructions for finding the condo, parking, appliances, & garbage, as well as local suggestions. We were both working for the 5 weeks we were there and the upgraded internet was great (including large-files for tech work). We cooked most of our meals at the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. (If you don't want to cook, there's a brewery a block away with good burgers, and lots of additional restaurants and bars within walking distance.) The hosts went above and beyond during our stay and, had the condo not already been booked, we would have extended our time in Prescott. With lots more to see in and around town, we will definitely be back! Tremendous gratitude to Michael & Susan for being such great hosts.

Great Location & Helpful Hosts

Super location. Can easily walk to Whiskey Row. Clean condo with nice kitchen and comfy beds. Hosts left a hiking map and hiking suggestions which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our short stay. It is within walking distance to downtown shopping, food, and coffee. We had our dog with us and having close access to the Granite Creek Trail was perfect. Very clean and kept up. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great property, clean, comfortable with everything we needed for a 3-night stay in Prescott. We had 4 adults and the 2 bedrooms with 2 baths were perfect for us. Condo is beautiful and clean, we had a great time hiking and enjoying the live music scene and food in Prescott. I did not know they had the Whiskey Off Road bike race that weekend so that was a nice suprise!!

This is a very nice property located a few blocks from downtown Prescott so it was very convenient for eating and shopping. Prescott offers many things to do. The owners we incredibly organized and left nothing to chance. They thought of it all. We would certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay

The location is right where you want to be, close but not so close there is a lot of traffic. The amenities were great and plentiful. The owner is the best and readily available for any issues or questions. We hope to stay here again soon.

The best hosts and the perfect stay!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Michael and Susan’s lovely condo. We were so pleased to book for my son’s graduation. The condo is ultra clean, cozy and with the best hosts, who are so welcoming and communicative. It really feels like a home away from home! Thank you Michael and Susan! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay in Prescott to celebrate my son’s graduation!

My husband and I moved to Prescott in 2016. We fell in love with the area many years ago and put it on our list of potential "places to land". After putting 30,000+ miles in our 2006 Honda travelling around the country it came down to Austin TX & Prescott. We chose Prescott and haven't regretted a minute of it!

The area features antique stores & an award winning restaurants like "The Lazy G Brewery" & Bill's Grill. The Granite Creek Trail is at the entrance to the property so you can walk along the creek. The area has a local feel that is "Very Prescott".
