We’re located between the beach and downtown Palma de Mallorca, with a supermarket and shopping center just a 6-minute walk away; the beach is 6 to 10 minutes away at most; and the cathedral is 15 minutes away. From here, you can do everything on foot.

The apartment is a remodeled Mallorcan-style unit. It has a bathroom with a shower, two sinks, and a toilet.

A small, industrial-style kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Note: The oven and microwave are on one side; on the other, there’s an additional stove.

*Parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited* on any day and at any time—they are not allowed; please do not insist. No noise after 7:30 PM to avoid disturbing neighbors.
