Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 43" Freeview Smart TV Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Stairgates. Welcome pack. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 4 (private). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (sheep country). Private parking for 4 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is 1 step to entrance.. Poppy Cottage at Manor Farm are cosy well-equipped cottages, set in an area of natural beauty in North Somerset. This smart barn redevelopment is set on a farm within the delightful fringe of the Mendip Hills, just 5 miles from the promenade, pier, sandy beach and SeaQuarium of Weston-super-Mare. Make sure you pack your walking boots, make a picnic and explore the stunning surroundings.

Poppy Cottage is a cosy two bedroom cottage which caters for up to four people, with an open plan living area, a walk-in shower and a wood burner. Thereā€™s a ground floor bedroom with a super kingsize bed which can be single beds on request, with another kingsize bedroom upstairs with an en-suite shower room. Children are welcome at Poppy Cottage and a travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Within easy reach of Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole, Wells with its magnificent cathedral, the renowned Clarks Village shopping outlet at Street and National Trust properties at Clevedon Court, Tyntesfield and Montacute House. Splendid walks and cycle trails, and nearby Chew Valley Lakes is a modern reservoir and a mecca for birdwatchers and fishermen. Further afield are Exmoor National Park, the re-developed docklands and shopping of Bristol, and the memorable regency architecture of Bath. Beach 5 miles. Shop 3 miles, pub 1Ā½ miles, restaurant 5Ā½ miles.

AMAZING

We had a wonderful few days. The cottage was delightful, with a cosy log fire (logs included), on a farm (take wellies) with plenty of places to visit nearby. The hot tub was of course a highlight, even in the pouring rain. We are already planning our next visit

We arrived and were instantly transported to a place of peace, quiet and tranquility.

We arrived and were instantly transported to a place of peace, quiet and tranquility. The cottage was presented beautifully, with a little welcome hamper that was unique but brilliant. The facilities were very well presented with all the equipment we could need, very impressed to find a coffee machine (not 1 but 2 the filter machine was for us). Tom arrived shortly after and was very welcoming. After indulging in the hot tub and a cosy log fire we were relaxed and had an amazing long weekend. Would I recommend yes, would we go again yes. Well done Poppy cottage.
