Great stay!

This was a perfect week, we enjoyed the marvellous house and the wonderful location very much. It couldn‘t habe been better. And the pool and the pool roboter was also very much fun.

Brilliant service!

Thank you for the great stay! House is fantastic and very clean with all essentials and more provided. We were so lucky to have this place available for four days. Location is great for families with small and big kids. There are 4 rooms with their own bathrooms and the kitchen and living area is fantastic with plenty of room for family entertainment. Host was fantastic and very friendly We will be back here for sure.

great acommodation. - quiet (No direct neighbors) - restaurants + small (but expensive) Supermarket in 5 Minute Walk - nice beach Not in Range for Walking (>3km) - Basic items are on Stock, very Limited fridge Capacity - great Pool with Outdoor shower and terrace - good quality Ball grill - uncomfortable chairs Outdoor (make Sure to Bring some toppers) All in all Worth its price. We had a great week with 8 adults and were 90% in the House.

Brilliant service!

We spent a week at the house with my sister and her children. The pool gave us several hours of play time every day. The house is very comfortable and new, the cleaning was impeccable. The internet connection is weak on the island, luckily we had plenty of other activities to fill our days. The location is excellent, the local beach, restaurants, bakery and the store are within walking distance. We explored the island from here easily. We may go back in the future!

Brilliant service!

The accommodation is so lovely, location and views are great and the property is spotless. The village is small and quiet but does have a few bars, restaurants and little supermarket with basics. Janus arranged for us to get to the larger supermarket 6km away as we had not hired a car and to go to the bank to get Euros as the bar and bakery wanted cash. Oh yes the bakery is an absolute gem btw. Unfortunately we had booked our transfers with Get Transfer who picked us up from the airport fine. However on our return failed to turn up which was pretty stressful to say the least. Janus helped us out and arranged a taxi which was a life saver and we got to the airport with seconds to spare. He was a star on the day *** Lovely family holiday had and lots of memories made in a really pretty little Croatian village.

Extraordinary journey!

Beautiful place - spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos. Towels and toilet rolls were provided, along with other necessities and even beer in the fridge which was a lovely touch! Host was very attentive and easily contactable which was helpful. The location was perfect if you want a quiet holiday, but I would recommend hiring a car as there isn’t much to do within walking distance and we struggled getting taxis because it was early in the season. Also close to Rijeka airport (FYI the airport is tiny). There is one small shop, two restaurants (one wasn’t open) and two lovely cafes on the marina, but nothing else locally. You can get essentials in the shop but there’s not much choice so a trip to a supermarket is necessary (hence the need for a car). Our host actually drove us to a supermarket as we couldn’t get a taxi, which was a lovely gesture and hugely appreciated. Overall, a lovely holiday and a really great place. Family friendly and very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder). Es hat uns super gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Sehr angenehm sind die Bäder in jedem Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten ist alles vor Ort gewesen, was man sich wünscht. Über einen Grill, die Ausstattung der Küche, Klimaanlage, Utensilien für die Kinder uvm. Man kann von dort super zu Fuß einkaufen gehen, in Restaurants, an den Strand oder joggen/radfahren. Der Gastgeber war super nett, zuvorkommend und immer telefonisch zu erreichen und für jedes Thema ansprechbar. Jederzeit wieder.

Extraordinary journey!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der angenehm warme Pool mit seiner wirklich starken Poolheizung. Auch Klimno hat uns sehr gut gefallen: ein schöner, ruhiger Ort, der nicht überlaufen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ausstattung

Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien. Es ist groß und hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren bereits zweimal in dem Haus und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wünschenswert wäre ein großer Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelfunktion. Die zwei vorhandenen Einbaukühlschränke sind für 8 Personen etwas klein. In manchen Betten müssten die Matratzen getauscht werden. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Unser Aufenthalt war Anfang Juni 2025 und 2026. Monika mit Familien

High-end vacation!

Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut, unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment verbringen zu dürfen. Unser Urlaub in Klimno war rundum gelungen – wir konnten die letzten warmen Sommertage des Jahres in vollen Zügen genießen. Das Apartment entsprach in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen, der sich Zeit nahm, uns durch alle Räume zu führen und alles ausführlich zu erklären. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass jedes der vier Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Badezimmer verfügte – ein großer Pluspunkt in Sachen Komfort und Privatsphäre. Auch der beheizte Pool war ein Highlight und sorgte für entspannte Stunden. Zudem schätzten wir die ruhige Lage und die vollständige Privatsphäre, auch gegenüber den Nachbarn. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt äußerst angenehm, und wir können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub im Paradies

Ein Traum von einem Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus/Anlage. Salzwasserpool, Griller als auch für E Autos ist vorgesorgt mit einer Ladestation. Sehr großes Lob auch an Srecko, der all unsere fragen und Wünsche zufrieden gestellt hat.

Extraordinary journey!

Schönes modernes Haus mit genug Platz in ruhiger Gegend. Naturtechnisch wunderschön, Pool wird als beheizt angegeben, ist jetzt nicht Hot Tub mäßig aber auf jedem Fall warm genug um bisschen zu schwimmen. Küche und Badezimmer sehr modern und ordentlicher Grill vorhanden. Gastgeber sehr nett und flexibel.

Glorious residence!

Alles unkompliziert, besonders das Preis Leistungsverhältnis und der Pool hat uns gefallen. Einzige Mängel waren der Geschirrspüler der nicht alles sauber spülte, der Backofen der einen Wackelkontakt hatte und eine undichte Duschabdeckung. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Brilliant service!

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Der Gastgeber vor Ort hat uns direkt zur Unterkunft geführt, das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Man konnte ihn auch jederzeit auf dem Handy erreichen. Das Haus an sich und der Pool haben uns sogar besser gefallen als auf den Bildern. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad ist super praktisch und der Aufenthaltsbereich ist extrem geräumig. Besonders toll fanden wir die Möglichkeit zu Grillen, da ein Kohlegrill vorhanden war. Man konnte alle Bereiche jederzeit durch die AC runterkühlen. Klimno ist ein süßes kleines Dorf mit 2-3 Restaurants und einem mini Hafen. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Uns gefiel die Möglichkeit zum Strand zu laufen in wenigen Minuten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen!
