On the first floor there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, a bedroom and a recreation room with, Orbitrek cross trainer, table tennis and pikado and upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, the room 3 serves as a passage. The beautifully landscaped, fenced garden, where children can also play safely, has an outdoor pool, a covered terrace and an open terrace with barbecue area. It is only a few minutes walk downhill to the beach. As a special feature, the well-known medicinal mud is located here. The island of Krk is a diverse destination due to its rich historical and cultural heritage, famous wineries and wine tastings, and excellent restaurants.
