Perfect. The only comment we have is the lack of cutelry (knifes, forks, etc ) for a 6 people-unit and maybe change the toaster for a 4-slice toaster. Not a huge comment, I know!

Beautiful & very Peaceful condo

We enjoyed our stay. There were a few "hiccups" but the Rental Agency and owner took care of them in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this condo. I gave 4 stars for the online listing as it said there were 2 king and 1 queen bed. There was actually 1 King and 2 queen beds.

This is our second time renting this specific condo. The pros are still pro: the parking spot in the garage, the location, ample room, the overall cleanliness of the property, the friendliness of the people who live there as you encounter them on the elevator. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. We mainly used the main TV and could log into our own accounts for things like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube etc which was nice. I would add that the last time we had stayed here we had problems with the TVs in the entire condo for odd reasons but we had ZERO issues this time! On the con side: Not really too much to note here except the towels are very basic towels (think Hampton Inn), the King bedroom shower is VERY slippery bc of the soft water I am assuming so be careful there! And the stove/oven was a bit difficult to manage the heat effectively. We had the same issue when we rented before so obviously, not a deal breaker but just be aware and patient LOL. All in all, we really do enjoy this place and it's location and proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Would we stay here again? Why, yes we would!

Even Better Than Expected!

We were a little hesitant booking here as the pictures looked great, but we have been disappointed in the past with destinations that did not match their pictures. Towers Grande was the opposite. The pictures give a very accurate depiction of the property. The bedrooms and furniture were well appointed. Ample TV's throughout the house with a solid mesh wifi for all over coverage. There is even a small work desk which was great because we had to work a few days while there. The view of the ocean was great, we could see the kids and grandma from the room. Check-in was easy and smooth and was communicated with before, during, and after the rental. Free parking in a nice underground garage is great. Right across the street from a great mini-golf location with live gator feedings and a general dollar store. The little things made the property great. In the garage there were shopping carts for there residence to use to transport groceries from the dollar general or winn-dixie. There also were valet carts available to help bring luggage to and from the car. Not in the pictures there was even a patio in the front that was screened and had a fan. This was great for staging the beach outings and getting keeping sandy stuff out of the house. Overall it was a great stay and we will have this location be on the top of our list for repeat visits. Additional note, the pool are still closed, but we didn't need them as we used the beach instead.

Decent condo with the basics

Overall, it’s a 4/5. First the positives: great location, great parking space in the garage, plenty of baskets and valets to help get ur stuff to the condo, great beach view, great main TV with Bose sound, and nice dining area. Now for the not as great items: it wasn’t as clean as we expected. It’s dusty behind the beds, dressers etc. there were pieces of small trash items here and there. Nothing terrible, but it just wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. While the description says well stocked kitchen, it’s not really. One sauce pan (yes, 1!) , several frying type pans that are so scratched and worn they are in no way non stick, the cooking tools are a mismatch of things and no spatulas (rubber ends), no ice cream scooper LOL, the stove is old and scratched up (flat top) and took forever to preheat as did the toaster oven. The bar seating area is 2 bar stools and hardly enough room to be comfortable considering the walkway of the hall or the walkway out of the kitchen so it felt a little cramped. We had problems with all TVs when we got there. The property management was excellent at getting them addressed within 24 hours! They were VERY responsive. The hot water was good so long as 3 people don’t take showers around the same time! Other notes: Linens were good quality. Towels were good. The seating in the main room was very accommodating and worked well for us. Each bedroom had ceiling fans which we appreciated. The wireless worked well. Overall, it’s a 4/5. It was solid but not outstanding. If u r a family intending to spend time at the beach, it is very accommodating with beach chairs, toys etc.

Property was exactly as described. The entire complex was very clean and maintained very well. I would definitely stay there again and recommend 403 to everyone. The views were excellent.

Erst einmal vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft mit tollem Meeresausblick.Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit. Ein unkomplizierter Checkin ermöglichst zu jeder Ankunftszeit Zutritt. Es fehlte an nichts. Netter Kontakt über E Mail.Leider gibt es Gäste die diese Einheit buchen und ihren eigenen Schmutz nicht beseitigen. Es ist traurig, denn wenn JEDER die Einheit pflegt, würde es für die nächsten Gäste schön und unkompliziert sein.Aber ein riesen Lob an die Vermieter , es ist eine tolle Ferienwohnung.LG aus BerlinFam.Hafemann

We lacked nothing. Communication via email was friendly. Unfortunately, there are guests who book this unit and don't clean up after themselves. It's sad because if everyone took care of the unit, it would be pleasant and hassle-free for the next guests. But a huge compliment to the owners – it's a great holiday apartment. Wonderful!

The condo was beautiful and accurately represented in the listing. Everything was clean. The location was perfect, right on the beach with the most beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

403 Towers Grande Review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good but not great like last 3 years. We paid more than last year but when we got to the condo the balcony was closed for a week then the last week the pools were closed for renovation. No prior notice of any of this. I was aware that renovation was taking place in the building but not to were it would effect us. The pool closing was a bummer. I wrote to Oceans realty expressing how it would be the right thing for the owners to refund a t least a few days stay as we pay extra for ocean view and to stay here. I never got a response from them on that just kinda ignored regarding the refund issue and speaking to owners. Overall we managed as did not want to let this upset our vacation (I month stay) Next year might come back not sure yet but will make sure none of this exists

We did pass on the information we knew about the building renovations but because the schedules are always changing we were not made aware of the exact impacts either until the day of or day before a project started. We apprecaite that you book this unit with us every year and the good thing is that the building will be even more enjoyable if you decide to return next year as all the renovations should be complete.

Vacation heaven

In this case, they matched and well exceeded. The rental was fabulous, everything we wanted and could want. To say we didnt want to leave would be an understatement. Cant wait to return.

Breathtaking!

Breathtaking views from the gazing upon the condo decor to the oceanfront balcony. I was floored by how gorgeous the condo is - we felt like we were staying in a mini palace. The beds were extremely comfortable, even with my bad back. We will definitely be back!

Stunningly Luxurious Oceanfront Condo!

My wife and I stay in many similar condos to this one every year for the month of May for the past 15 years. This condo is by far the nicest we have rented yet - the pictures just don't do it justice! The owner spared no expense when decorating this unit and even the wall texture is decadent. I felt like someone needed to pinch to me considering how over-the-top this unit was for the price we paid. I have already told all my friends up North about this unit and this rental agency and we plan to stay in this one every year if we can!
