Unfortunately because of hurricanes there were no pools, hot tubs or access to the beach. The condo was big and beautiful and had everything you would need. The carpet is filthy and needs to be replaced.

The unit was as described. Views are wonderful. Clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Host very responsive and helpful. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Nice Place

Nice place to stay. It has everything you need. Beds were comfy, it could use new carpet, it was pretty dirty, and a new couch and love seat, they were pretty worn out. Everything else was good.

Marvelous Month at the Beach

My husband and I spent a month in this beautiful condo. It was very spacious and comfortable. The views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway were extraordinary. When we arrived, the owner, graciously, provided a welcoming bowl of fruit. Very unexpected, but gratefully appreciated.

Really regret having to leave

What an amazing panoramic view of paradise! All amenities provided necessary to have a lovely and enjoyable time at the ocean! What a peaceful atmosphere. I slept better than I have for years! Really regret having to leave.

Magnificent Condo !

Amazing Condo on Daytona Beach Shores! Absolutely loved it! Everything about the condo was beautiful. It was well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, towels, games, and kitchen items! Our grandchildren loved the games. The transition process was excellent, explaining all the details. The owner was very kind and even left a thank you card welcoming us along with yummy snacks. We highly recommend this Condo. Great view of the ocean. Plan on returning!

Great condo. Will be coming back.

We stayed in this condo during January through March and plan to return again next year. Upon our arrival we had a thank you note and chocolates to welcome us. The condo includes all of your beach vacation needs(beach chairs, umbrella, tent, beach blankets, etc.). As one reviewer said, it has an ample supply of beach towels and other linens. The kitchen was supplied with all of the basics for meal prep including a crock pot, which was a nice surprise. Any unexpected issues we had with the condo were handled promptly and graciously. We had stayed in the towers before in a middle unit, but we really enjoyed this end unit with all of the natural light from the many windows. The living area was very spacious and comfortably furnished. The beach and pool areas are the best. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

2nd stay...even better than the first!

We stayed in this unit two years ago and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and this time was no different. The condo has everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, preach blankets, chairs, tent, cart). Bedrooms are huge, clean, and extremely comfortable (I can't say enough about the beds....we sleep wonderfully here). Views of the sunrise and sunset are amazing. Condo is close to everything (I would recommend a day trip to Flagler Avenue in New Smyrna). We look forward to coming back again if we decide to vacation in DBS.

Great condo, nicely decorated, comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located to many restaurants in walking distance. Have breakfast at the best breakfast place in town "Cracked Egg". Condo supplied with plentiful linens and towels. Spacious end unit with ocean and river views. We have plans to return next winter.

Great Stay!

This is an excellent condo to stay in. We had a 2 week stay and enjoyed it very much! We arrived a few days before Christmas and were pleasantly surprised to see it decorated with a small tree and some goodies under it for us! :) Hot chocolates & Champagne for New YEars Eve and even a welcome card! The small touches such as that made it even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped.The beds were very comfortable. The whole condo was pristine in upkeep. Greg the manager was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again! We had two adult children come and a grandchild there as well and they all loved being there. Great places to eat are close by: Aunt Catfish… Mikes for Breakfast… Pats Place.. (walking distance)… and even over to New Symrna for Merks for the best wings, Dolphin View in New Symrna and for great Thai food try Zen Bistro in Daytona. Delicious! :)

Wonderful Home away from Home!

We stayed in this unit for two weeks, my husband and I, along with our five children (ranging in ages from 2 - 9). We loved that the unit is spacious, and we didn't feel as if we were on top of one another. I loved that the kids bedrooms were away from the living space, so that when we wanted to stay up and watch tv, we weren't disturbing the kiddos. The unit is very clean, with plenty of linens and towels available. The views are amazing. We loved being able to see the ocean from every room! We hope to stay again this next summer!

Great condo and perfect location for families

This condo is amazing! It is fully loaded with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach. We are seasoned condo renters and one day we were sitting on the beach discussing the condo and plans for next year and we could not find anything negative about the condo, the location or amenities. This unit is an end unit that has oceanfront views of coarse, but also has awesome views of the Dunlawton Bridge and the intercostal waterway. The condo is roomy and you don't feel like you are right on top of each other. We bought a beach pass and kept all of our beach necessities like tent, chairs, and beach toys, in the car. This allowed for easy set up and clean up, and the beach access is less than half a mile away from the condo. We highly recommend this unit! PS: the owner is a pleasure to work with, he made this a very stress free experience!

Great vacation, didn't want to leave!

We are experienced condo renters, especially in Daytona and this unit has it all for a fantastic vacation. Perhaps the best feature of the unit is the panoramic views from the waterway to the coast. You have a view in this place no matter where you stand (this is something that is quite unique). The bedrooms are huge and the condo is MUCH bigger than the pictures on here indicate. We only had 5 on our vacation but you could easily have 8-10 and not ever feel crowded. Between the dining room table, bar stools, and entry way bistro set there is seating for 12. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were incredible and we all slept like babies all week after long days at the beach, eating out and sightseeing. Kitchen is stocked with nice appliances and dishes, plenty for cooking for large groups too (we ate at least 1 meal in every day). Location is fantastic as you are within walking distance of the best brunch place in town (Cracked Egg), shops, and store. View of the Dunlawton Bridge and all the palm trees from the front of the unit was awe inspiring. We all took a moment every day we went out the front door to savor it. The lanai is wonderful, with comfortable high stool wicker chairs and a lounger that is wonderful for drifting to sleep in. We had incredible views of the dolphins from here as well. Comfy beach chairs, huge amount of beach towels, and terrific televisions in each room provided. Despite DBS being a drive on beach, the beach area is NEVER crowded (this is what I love about staying on the south side away from the pier) and whether you prefer low tide in the morning or high tide in the afternoon, you can get plenty of lounging area on the beach and can spread out. I do recommend bringing a beach umbrella if you plan on being out for more than a few hours, otherwise they can be rented on the beach for about $20. It will rain in DBS so plan on it...there is a pop up t'storm every day it seems like (we actually like this, it's kind of neat to watch them roll in and then blow out to sea) around 3-5 pm so make sure you are comfortable with this. Publix is .9 miles to the north and there is an ABC liquor store right across the street;) Great things to do and places to eat: Ocean Walk Shoppes at the pier, Daytona Lagoon, Daytona Cubs (Class A), Angell & Phelps Chocolate Factory (a must...it's amazing), Cracked Egg, Gene's Steak House (high end steakhouse, great for date night), Our Place Down Under (under Dunlawton Bridge, fresh seafood).
