ATTENTION: This unit is Owner Managed. OUR CALENDAR & RATES ARE KEPT UP TO DATE. WE RESPOND QUICKLY TO ALL INQUIRIES! Weekly Rentals run typically SATURDAY TO SATURDAY but we can rent other dates if requested. This beautiful, beachfront condo on Panama City Beach comes complete with everything you need for a GREAT VACATION!
This beautiful, 1150 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is located on the 11th floor. It has breathtaking view of the white sandy beach and crystal clear ocean. This unit comes fully furnished with everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked with every convenience and all new appliances. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen cable HD/Smart TV & DVD player. The spacious guest room has 2 full beds, HD/Cable TV, large closet, dresser and nightstand. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, cable TV, large closet, 2 nightstands, dresser, ocean view window and access to balcony. The unit has 2 full bathrooms, central air and heat, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. FREE WIFI and Parking! Our condo comes with FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE (March-October Rentals- Includes: 2 CHAIRS WITH UMBRELLA- a $50 a day value). Also, the BEST Tiki Bar "The Sand Bar" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one time $40 registration fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. All other fees are included in the quoted price & the damage deposit is refunded within 5 days of departure if no damage is found. There are NO HIDDEN FEES such as amenities, parking, Wi-Fi access etc. Please read our reviews to see what other guest have said about their stay. Wonderful Thanksgiving trip to Panama City Beach

Lori provided such excellent communication and made everything from check in to check out so seamless and easy. The view from the private balcony was breath taking. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there every day. One morning I actually saw 50 or so stingrays swimming together along shore from there. No complaints whatsoever, everything was as stated in the description. I will always remember this stay as one of the best we have had via VRBO.

November 2024 Get Away

We had an excellent time. One issue which the host had fixed ASAP, she was very easy to talk too. Beds were so comfortable. Living room furniture was comfortable as well. Condo had everything that it said it would. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Florida Get Away

This is our second time staying at Regency Towers. This unit was perfect for us with plenty of kitchen supplies to be able to prepare and make meals when we didn't want to eat out. For our family, we like to be away from the 'busy' part of Panama City Beach so this is perfect for us. There are plenty of places within walking distance to grab food or snacks and anything else is within a 10-25 minute car ride if you want to go to the more populated area around Pier Park. The owner was incredible helpful and great with communication both prior to the trip and while we were there. We didn't need anything during our stay but I knew the owner would respond timely had we needed anything. The chair rental with the unit is fantastic and came in quite handy. This worked out well for our family and we will definitely be back.

We absolutely love Regency Towers!

This was our 2nd vacation at Regency Towers. We love this end of PCB! No crazy traffic and the beaches arent super crowded. This unit was absolutely perfect!!! ZERO complaints at all and the owner is super sweet! The condo had beach toys and boogie boards for us to use while at the beach each day! Everything for the kitchen you could possibly need was stocked in the condo as well (blender, dishes, scissors, pots & pans) We will definitely try to rent this condo again in the future!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation. The condo was exactly as described! Had everything you could need and more! The bed was really nice! The condo was super clean and very cozy! Oh and the stand up shower is great!!! We will definitely be staying here again.... hopefully sooon!!!

Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and the property was convient to lots of things to do. My only issue was the elevators were not all working and it was a holiday weekend. We ended up using the stairs a good bit.

Great Get-away!

Beautiful views from left to right from our 11th floor balcony! Loved hearing the sound of the waves waking us up each morning. Breathtaking sunset views, as well! Sleep sofa was very comfortable and kitchen had every imaginable accessory - crockpots, pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Loved having use of the two beach chairs so close to the water. Everything was as promised and Lori was excellent and easy to work with. We look forward to returning again for another great girls weekend!

Most comfortable mattresses!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. All mattresses were so comfortable, we all slept like babies. Kitchen well equipped and super cute furnishings. Couldn’t find a koozie anywhere thought. Lol Thank you for letting us share your space for the weekend!

Great condo and great location!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The complex is great and has great amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent again. The owners were super friendly and responded quickly.

Great vacation

We have stayed at Regency Towers at least a dozen times and this was one of the nicer units we have stayed at. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautifully decorated. If I had a negative it would be more towels and wash cloths. We had a great time and will stay here again in the future.

Great Place

The condo was very well kept and as advertised. Was pleased to find some extra beach toys and chairs in the room. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owners are great with communication! Definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Unit

This condo was clean and well maintained. Also decorated very nice with newer furnishings and a comfortable bed. The building itself needs some work for sure, but that’s not the owners issue. It’s also a big place, so a lot of ppl and check it was awfully crowded. However once you are settled in, there is lots to do and we recommend this unit for sure. Thanks for a great week!!!!

We live in Dothan, Alabama and love traveling to the beach but only if it’s to the Gulf. We often came to PCB with our two boys, the dog and pontoon boat and would camp and enjoy the beach. My husband is a consultant and I have been a stay at home Mom for the last 21 years but I did manage rental property we have around Dothan. We are now empty nesters so we decided to expand our rental property to a vacation rental. We could not think of a better place to buy then at the Gulf where we have so many great memories.

We love all the amenities offered at Regency Towers and the fact that it is only 2 miles from St Andrews State Park, where we had camped so many times. Regency is also at the quite end of Thomas Drive and conveniently located to every thing. The two large pools keep you from being crowded and I love that one of them is heated year around. We also have the most beautiful view. I even enjoy the view you have from the exercise room.
