Dear Julia, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to hear that you found the villa beautiful, clean, and enjoyed the amazing views once settled. However, we are truly sorry to learn that the check-in process did not meet your expectations. Upon review, it appears that the updated directions we provided prior to your arrival were not the ones you followed. We always strive to ensure our guests receive the most accurate and up-to-date information. To date, we have not encountered similar issues with clients finding the accommodation, though we understand that the location in the hills can indeed be challenging if the correct instructions are not used. Had you reached out to the local villa manager at the time, they would have been more than happy to meet you and personally guide you to the property. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will use it to ensure clearer communication with future guests. Should you decide to book with us again, we would be delighted to ensure a smoother arrival process and provide the high standards of service we pride ourselves on. Warm regards, The VillaMore Team
