Amazing view and sunset ! So serene and breathtaking. The host was so responsive, friendly and helped with all our accommodations. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Loved the location and access to the whole island

Felt very Greek and the Tasos Tavern next door was such a great place for dinner! Loved the family owned Tavern; great authentic food and loved their desserts!!

Dream getaway

Me and my daughter had an amazing time here. Everything was perfect from meeting the host to the amazing breakfast to the gorgeous views and the proximity to everything fabulous. We had an awesome stay.

Amazing!

We had the best time staying here. The view truly cannot be beat. The private pool also gets a beautiful view. We had an easy time communicating with Sartoris who helped us book some things and plan our stay. All in all, a vacation we will dream about!

Amazing! Do not hesitate to book. What a fantastic stay. The property had everything we needed and more. The views and sunsets from the terrace are out of this world. A holiday to remember. Highly recommend and would definitely return. Sotiris was so helpful and always on hand to arrange taxis and transfers or trips. Breakfast delivered every morning was an added benefit. All in all a fantastic stay!

More amazing than the photos!

From the moment we arrived we felt calm and relaxed. Sotris met us in the parking area and led us to the oasis we called home for the first part of our honeymoon. The home and area around were spotless. The home and pool were cleaned daily. And the breakfast provided each morning were delicious. You are close to everything and Sotris makes all arrangements for you do you can truely enjoy your vacation. We would return in a heart beat.

Just amazing views can’t say enough about that-best sunsets Breakfast delivered daily-perfect-loved hearing the knock on the door each morning Sotris/host-communicative, helpful with transfers/rides and suggestions for activities. Drivers and vehicles excellent-Aris, Alex, and one other driverDo the five hour caldera cruise-well worth it, delicious foodLovely pool-not heated but not freezing either-infinity poolNicely decorated, has everything you need including towels for the poolLoved the windows open-such a nice breeze, never used the air conditionerCan’t wait to go back-would go to this same place againCan see the fira oia hike/trail from the terrace-can get there in 1-2 minutes took 2 hours from clay house to oia

Outstanding Property Manager

The property manager was outstanding from his first introduction of the property and explanation of its features, to his assistance in transporting us around to various locations. He went above and beyond when my sister was injured and navigated us through the medical system. The one-bedroomunit was charming, clean, and well supplied with all the essentials. The view was stunning. Any negatives were minor - the jacuzzi was not very warm and the privacy on the deck was less than we expected. However, the property manager’s assistance made up for any minor issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

What a place!

I have to say that this place is wonderful! We arrived in the evening on the dark and were treated by the property manager. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much. When we woke the next day I was blown away with the view we had from the terrace. We lost hours looking out at Oia, and the sunsets were breath taking. The place was great and cleaners arrived every day. Location wise it was great to be between Oia and Thira as we had options for both however they are a taxi ride away. You can walk to Thira but in the heat we did get a cab back rather than do the walk back. There are restaurants locally on the walk to Thira but the best selection for us was in Oia. We also hired a quad bike on one day to explore the island which was great fun and I highly recommend it! You won’t regret staying here, we’ll definitely be back!!

Beautiful!!

We were nervous booking this place site-unseen but were pleasantly surprised! The host contacted us and arranged a shuttle for us to the property and back to the airport at the time of departure. He was available through WhatsApp to answer any questions and provide recommendations and was very very nice! A beautiful breakfast was provided each day, that a local cat wanted to help us enjoy on the patio ; ) The view was absolutely beautiful as was the path to walk to the closest stores/restaurants. It took awhile to get the wifi going, netflix never did work so we were left to one american channel at night when we were home (first world problems, I know). The pool did not seem heated and was quite cold, but maybe in warmer months it would be better? (We went in July). There was no hot water so I took a freezing shower, but then my husband noticed a powerbox with a switch for hot water-- that would have been good to know before we got there, but it all worked out. The kitchen is finely equipped and we enjoyed our time immensely. Side note: Rent an ATV to get around the island- you won't be disappointed

Book this place!

After looking for days on VRBO and other unaffiliated sites, settled with this place for our honeymoon. We couldn't have been more pleased. Breakfast served to your door every morning at 8 am, complimentary wine when you check in and that VIEW! Not to mention there is a crazy affordable delicious taverina right next door called Tasos that is open for lunch and dinner! Your seconds from the foot trail to take you to Oia or Fira and the walk into town (although uphill) only takes 5 minutes. You're just far enough away that you don't get floods of tourists outside your door but close enough to walk to all the conveniences of town. Panos, the property host, will greet you upon arrival and answer any questions you have. They also will provide you with worry free transportation to and from your arrival point on the island for a small fee. I will say the pool is private and heated - but only to body temperature. It's a huge pool so don't expect hot tub temperature, if you want that book somewhere with a smaller pool. We loved it, so refreshing to swim in the sunshine during the day and at night it felt amazing to take a dip in the crisp air. Stop looking and book - you've found paradise!
