This two-story corner townhouse style with the entry ground level consists of a large bedroom, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, dining, and living area which opens up onto a large covered lanai, and the majestic greenbelt of Poipu Kai. The second floor consists of a large master suite, walk-in closet, bathroom, and 2 private lanais. One with Spectacular mountain views. Remodeled with upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, & window coverings. Access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club (Fitness Gym Cardio and Weight Room, Tennis courts, and Pickel-Ball)
With 60 acres of walking and biking trails that extend along to the world-famous Grand Hyatt, with championship golf and Spa, along the Poipu Coastline this location is a wonderful vacation spot to call home while in Kauai.
The brightly colored floral bougainvillea adorns the nearby parking areas which are located close to Manualoha 804 for easy access when carrying groceries or suitcases.
Please note that this unit has sleeping arrangements for 4 guests. However, a Folding Bed(s) can be arranged to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Great location and nice condo

The condo was great! Kitchen was beautifully appointed! Place was modern and met all my expectations. The only outpoint was that AC was not central and was only in the bedrooms. Great stay!

Perfect Condo

My wife and I, along with our 4 and 7 year olds, stayed here for 12 days on a summer vacation. It was perfect for us. Very clean and well stocked. Direct access to the green belt and an easy walk to the pool and beaches. The AC units were nice when the winds weren’t blowing. Membership to the athletic club was a major bonus. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

Our family of four (two teens) loved this condo! The location can't be beat with a short walk to the beach. The updated condo felt fresh and clean and the included beach gear was much appereciaed. The lanai overlooking the greenbelt was worth the price of this rental. What a wonderful place to relax, play frisbee on the grass, and BBQ. This was the best condo we've rented so far in the Poipu area.

Great Kauai condo

Loved this condo. Great master bedroom upstairs. Loved sleeping with the ocean breeze blowing through. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Lanai was a perfect spot to enjoy a meal and relax and read. The common areas got warm at night. Our teenage son slept on the rollaway in the living room and was a bit warm. Kitchen was nicely equipped for meals and there were plenty of beach items - towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. for our use. Would happily stay here again.

What a great spot!

Our family of 4 (4 year old and 2 year old) loved this condo! Great location - super easy walk to Poipu beach, multiple pools, restaurants, and walking trail. The large grassy area directly outside of the patio was an awesome play space, too!

Poipu Stay

Nice property. Convenient location close to beach, restaurants, etc. We stayed there at an unusually hot and humid time so the unit was a little warm - no central air conditioning - but otherwise was prefect for our family of four.

Excellent location!

We loved staying with suites paradise. The rental location was perfect with easy (short walk) access to the pool and beach. The property managers (suites paradise) were super friendly and helpful. The rental property was exactly as pictured. The only downside was the heat and having no A/C. There is a portable window unit in each bedroom, which works well for the small bedroom on the main floor but isn’t powerful enough to do much or anything in the upstairs master suite. We stayed here in July so it was pretty stifling hot. I imagine at other times of the year you could keep it cool with the fans and keeping windows open but not so much at the height of the summer heat!

Time in Paradise

This was a graduation present for our granddaughter and a friend. The property could not have been more perfect. It was an idyllic week, one we will repeat. The condo was so clean and well appointed. Thank you!

Great place to stay while in Kauai

The room was exactly as they were listed. Very clean and functional. The only downfall is that there isn’t AC in the units and the gym facilities are a little far from the property. There is a pretty good breeze all day long so the AC issue wasn’t too bad. Overall a great spot to stay. I would stay here again for sure

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Condo layout was perfect for us and our 2 kids with the twin beds downstairs and greenbelt right off the back lanai. Master mattress needs to be replaced as well as the kitchen pots and pans. No AC wasn't really an issue as long as you had ALL the windows and doors open for air flow but if it was much hotter than the mid 80's we had if there was no wind it wouldn't be very comfortable without AC. Overall great place with plenty of beach gear to use during the stay. Kids also enjoyed the waterslide at the Athletic Club but mostly wanted to hang at the beach. The pool closest to the unit was also closed for renovation but the alternate option wasn't much further away so not a big deal.

Paradise!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations at Manualoha 804. Everything was perfect, and better than we even expected. The condo is beautiful and well situated in the complex; just a short walk down the path to the pool and a few more steps to the beach where we visited the sea turtles every morning. The managing company was very easy to work with and even allowed us two extra hours before check out on our last day which really helped us out. We most definitely plan to return and would recommend this property to anyone looking. Poipu is a wonderful area, much less crowded and laid back than the northern towns. The only negative is there is no AC; however, they do supply an ample supply of fans, so we really didn't mind. Thanks for sharing your property with us Idahoans! We'll be back!

We loved it!

Excellent location. Perfectly setup for us. Parking was super close. We would love to come again. Only small comment would be to have some oil for those of us who cook. We left some and some vinegar for the next vacationers. Highly recommend this rental!

Excellent location! Walk to the beach in Poipu, beautiful sunsets.

Stopping at Safeway or Costco on the way in set us up for an easy home like experience. Breakfast on the covered patio befor adventures over the island was relaxing and beautiful. Looking forward to Our next visit .

A great place to vacation!

We visited in October - a wonderful time of year. The condo was exactly as portrayed in pictures. So comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect - so close to both the pool and the beach. We would wake up early in the morning, walk to the beach to see the turtles and seals and watch the sun rise. It was absolutely fantastic. Took advantage of the beautiful pool at all times of day. Will definitely rebook this unit!

June 2017 Stay

Manualoha 804 exceeded our expectations. The master suite was fantastic, beautiful views everywhere, and we enjoyed the lanai every morning and night. There was plenty of space and the modern style was great! The complex is lovely and we found the office to be very helpful; they seem to have thought through all the things guests might need while on the island. Never had trouble getting a parking spot right by our unit and it's easy to find your way around. You could spend a week all on the south shore or have a great home base here and venture all over like we did.
