This well equipped 1st floor apartment features 1200 sq ft, large, eat in kitchen, 2 full baths, 1 large master bedroom with full closet, a living room with a queen size sofa bed and armoire. High speed internet, 2 smart TVs. Washer and dryer on 1st floor. Premium mattress, bedding, linens, and towels.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, has a beautiful large back yard with a patio furniture and private parking in the back. Also has free on street parking in the front. Space for RV parking. Can accommodate up to a 16ft trailer in the back if guest is experienced with backing in. No Pets, No Parties/Events please.
