The Space:

Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home, and will be able to do so through a smart lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet dead-end street, this house is surrounded by very friendly neighbors and only a couple minutes walk from Baxter avenue, which is voted the best street in all of Louisville!



Getting Around:

This house is walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the highlands! There is parking located on the street out front for free. If you'd like to explore other parts of the city, driving is best. There is plenty of uber/lyft drivers in the area, as well as the city bus line.



Other Things to Note:

There are a couple of steps up to the front door, but once inside the home is all on one level with no additional steps. The property sits on a quiet dead-end street on a corner lot, and while you may hear light daytime traffic, it’s generally calm and nothing disruptive offering a relaxed place to unwind while staying close to everything.
