There is tile in the bathrooms & hallway and new comfy carpeting throughout the bedrooms and living room. On property you can also enjoy playing a tennis match on one of our 10 clay tennis courts or pickle ball at our own South Seas Tennis Club which is just a brief stroll across from our condo building; located right next to our boat docks. While on Marco, you can spend hours relaxing and shelling on our beach, swimming and sunning in our pool or ocean, which is just steps from the building.
