We had a great stay! The view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful and the condo was well stocked and very clean. We hope to return again soon!

Wonderful trip

This was our second time back at South Seas Tower and it was fantastic once again. Great place in an awesome location. Hosts were extremely accommodating once again. Top notch experience and vacation with my family.

We really enjoyed this condo as a family! It had beautiful views of the beach and the ocean! The condo was very clean and had all the items needed for the beach since we flew down! We would definitely recommend to others!!

Family reunion

We loved our stay on Marco Island so much we extended our stay and the host made it so easy for us. We would definitely recommend staying at this property again. All the beach necessities provided by the host made walking and enjoying the gorgeous beach enjoyable for us.

Great view

Overall a nice property. It was clean and has everything you need for the beach. It was more outdated than what the pictures showed. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Location - Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and the BEACH

Great location. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were wonderful with a great view. Restaurants are nearby. Beach is steps away from the condo. Beach chairs, beach wagon and items are included with the condo. Property has a pool. The pool is nice. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

Wonderful. We had an early water problem that they quickly took care of. Very responsive. Listing matched up perfectly to reality. Had a great time there. Walking distance to beach, pickleball courts, restaurants and grocery store. I spent 30 days there without a car. Just used Uber when necessary. Nice and very convenient laundry room made the stay more enjoyable. And best of all Sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

Anniversary/ Fall getaway

Wonderful place to unwind and spend the week. Close to church and dining. The beach was immense and beautiful sand. The lagoon and walk to the point was like a desert island. (Wear walking shoes!). Sunsets and sunrises were exceptional. Did not expect the $$$ parking /amenities fee when booking the place. Still trying to figure out what the amenities were. I would stay here again.

Thank you for that wonderful review! FYI - regarding the $100 registration fee, we do have in the listing before you book: "There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each additional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 and the registration fee ONLY applies to overnight guests." As for the amenities, there are pickleball and tennis courts, boat slips for rent, a gym in the lobby of Tower 3 along with a pool and charcoal grills. We look forward to hosting you again and are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay.

Great vacation

We stayed first time at Marco Island and at this property. Beautiful Island, unforgettable sunset and views from our balcony. Very clean property and the unit. We had an issue with the shower door, property manager responded promptly and the door was fixed the same day. Great service!!! The walk to the beach is not as close as it appears, but we loved the beach anyway:) We wish the pool time would of been longer, at least until 10 pm, sunset is too early to enjoy the pool. Overall we loved our vacation and our family would definitely return back to Marco Island :)

Beautiful property, for some reason during our stay the mosquitoes were relentless on the pathway to the beach. (Not the owners fault). Once on the sand it was a perfect walk. Don’t buy a laundry card! It costs 10 dollars in the lobby just to buy one and then you’re supposed to add money to it. Just download the app, and add your money. Then you won’t be out ten bucks. Other than that no complaints.

A beautiful walk to the beach

Apartment is really nice. Bright. Sunny. Good view of the sweep of the Marco beach looking south. No direct sunset exposure in Dec, however could be at other times of the year. Loved the deck that runs the length of the apartment. Well appointed (including great sand chairs, umbrellas, and a cart) and well furnished, although ready for a facelift. The only “drawback” is that it is a longer walk to the actual shoreline than other parts of Marco. Not the best for older folks or for little kids. Worth it though for those not in those categories.

Great Unit, great View

A wonderful vacation, great views, a clean and well-equipped apartment. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. The host was very friendly. The coffee maker was broken but was replaced with a brand-new one within an hour. Great service. We’d love to come back.

40 yr old ladies trip

Great time on this trip we felt a little old with all the older ppl but it was quiet and location was unbelievable! The check in was a little hard to find and then figuring out what building or where to park was a little confusing but then the rest of the time was amazing and perfect.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The view from the condo is breathtaking! The weather was warm and it is a great beach for walking. Mark was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will be back!

Marvelous time on Marco Island

My friend and I stayed on Marco Island towards the end of July. We had the best week. The condo was exactly what we were looking for! It was very clean, comfy, and we loved the beachy decorations. There were several amenities like beach chairs and a cart available for us to use, though we had brought our own (personal choice). The walk to the beach is rather long, but once you are there it is nice. The condo was convenient to so many great restaurants and excursions (we did an airboat tour in the Everglades, a shelling tour with Treasure Seekers, and spent an afternoon in Naples). The communication from Mark was great, he responded to all questions promptly. The check-in/check-out process was super easy. We had a relaxing week and would most definitely go back!

Safe and fun girls’ trip

Beautiful property. We felt very safe. Recommend driving to Miami and taking the million dollar home tour by boat. Condo was equipped with all the essentials. Would highly recommend.
