Beautiful country house with a lovely stone facade and a big garden.

Located just 1.5km from the village of Sineu.

I highlight its well-kept garden and the comfortable exterior with panoramic views of the countryside and the mountains.

The main house has a capacity for 6 guests, on the ground floor

it has 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor there are

one more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Large living room with air conditioning, a full equipped and furnished kitchen, both rooms with direct access to the porch.

Sineu stands out for its famous Wednesday market with great agricultural content, currently a tourist focus. Very good restaurants to taste one of the most typical dishes of Mallorca, the "Majorcan frit".

A fantastic villa

Delightful quiet and very spacious villa

Delightful quiet and very spacious villa with immaculate swimming pool and lovely garden. Very good (essential in July) air conditioning in all the bedrooms. Great barbecue area and also enjoyed using the ping pong table.

We had an amazing stay ,the villa is perfect for a family holiday . Refreshing pool,peaceful private surroundings.Easy to get into Sineu and surrounding beaches . The owners very friendly,loved the gifts of fresh eggs and our welcome fruit bowl and savoury tart very thoughtful.

We had a nice stay in Sineu and where there to discover the island on road bikes. Everything was well prepared an clean. Kitchen is well equipped and the house and garden area are great.

Fantastic house and location

Fantastic house and location and very lovely owners. Everything was according to the photos and description as published and we had no complaints. The beds were great! Location is optimal if you want to visit all corners of the Island. We will definitely book again, if we return to Majorca.

A beautiful house with great out door space. Close to Sineu and being right in the centre of the island puts you no more than 30 min drive from most places of interest.

Very helpful and accommodating.

Very helpful and accommodating. Villa had everything we needed for a family holiday. Just be mindful of steps and low walls and no gated pool if you have a toddler but the family were so great at ensuring the villa was set up for us with a cot and good mattress. Great stay in a lovely central location. Thanks!

The finca was fantastic.

The finca was fantastic. Very private, spacious, gorgeous view, barbecue station, ping pong table, etc.. Each bedroom has air conditioning and we missed nothing else. The very sympathetic hostess brought us a few times fresh fruit in addition to a hostess gift. The cozy and authentic village of Sineu is within walking distance. There you can also go out to eat well. An all around perfect accommodation

Stunning property

What an awesome house and grounds. We loved every minute of our stay. We met the family at the property who let us drop our bags early. When we checked in we where greeted with a homemade Pizza, wine, cut meats and cheese! I can honestly say this has been the best well stocked house. We wanted for nothing. The pool and the BBQ area was amazing too along with the aircon! We would happily return.Thanks so much.x

What an awesome house and grounds. We loved every minute of our stay. We met the family at the property who let us drop our bags early. What a stunning Finca

What a stunning Finca. The grounds are beautiful and you are surrounded by olive and carob trees. The pool is fantastic, salt water and perfect temperature and the outdoor areas are really a true bonus of space allowing you to have every meal outdoors. The house itself is lovely, spacious and to be honest, the photos don’t do the house justice. We LOVED staying here and can highly recommend it to anyone who wants a very quiet, private escape from the madness of real life. The owners were very kind and generous everything was as just ideal for our family

Finca Es Cocons is the most beautiful traditional Majorcan house

Finca Es Cocons is the most beautiful traditional Majorcan house in a great location. The local village of Sineu had everything you need from great coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. We loved this traditional family Majorcan town but also felt very at home. The Finca was absolutely spotless and very private but not isolated. The outside area is perfection!! We also loved the fact everywhere was within a 30 minute drive so we were able to see so much of the island! It was lovely to meet the Gabrial and his parents before we left so we could thank them for the fruit basket, wine, Majorcan pastries and a surprise delivery of fresh eggs one morning! We could easily have stayed forever!! 5 🌟 Hopefully we’ll be back very soon! I also want to thank the girls at Villasmar for looking after our booking! Such a professional and helpful team!

Perfect in everyway! would love to visit again.

Excellent location. Villa and pool were amazing. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provided some food and wine for the evening of our arrival. This was very welcome after a flight delay. Villa is equipped with everything you could need, and more!! Fresh eggs from the chickens were also very welcome. Thankyou Raphael. The pool was super clean and became a big part of our holiday. The children loved it! After a flight delay we arrived in the dark rather than daylight. The property was also in darkness and we had a little difficulty in navigating our way around and finding the entrance&#47door to the actual villa. Not the owners fault as they thought we would be arriving in daylight, but maybe one light left on at the top of the drive for late arrivals would be helpful. We managed by using our phone lights.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus wieder buchen! Es war sehr sauber, ordentlich & sehr gepflegt. Die frischen Hühnereier direkt von den Hühnern der Hauses haben uns sehr gefallen. Sineu ist nicht weit entfernt, sodass man Kaffees und Restaurants bei Bedarf aufsuchen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr praktisch. Bei Ankunft wäre eine kurze persönliche Einweisung anstelle von Textnachricht (zB welcher Grill kann genutzt werden, wo findet man welche Beleuchtung etc.) sehr hilfreich gewesen. Nach einer Zeit kam man aber gut selber zurecht. Kühl- & Gefrierschrank hätten deutlich kühler sein können. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt überdurchschnittlich gut und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Het verblijf was geweldig!

Het verblijf was geweldig! Het huis is nog mooier dan op de foto’s. Het is zo luxe en comfortabel. We hebben echt genoten van de heerlijke tuin met zwembad. De bedden sliepen allemaal fijn en zo lekker dat alle kamers een airco hebben waardoor iedereen goed sliep. Het huis is erg schoon en ook de communicatie verliep heel makkelijk. De tuin is in de avond ook heel sfeervol verlicht. Je waant je echt in een paradijs hier.

Privatsphäre, wunderschönes Haus, gute Lage, bequeme Betten, klimatisierte Räume. Leider gar keine Gewürze, Müllsäcke, Backpapier etc. Das nervt und man sollte zumindest die Basics anbieten, gerne dafür etwas Aufpreis. Ansonsten aber ganz ohne Einschränkungen ein absolutes Traumhaus!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Ein Wunder Haus und tolles Grundstück mit dem Pool, ein Traum. Das einzige was ich nicht so toll fand war das es einfach überhaupt keine Lebensmittel Grundausstattung in der Küche gibt. Kein Salz kein Pfeffer, Öl, Kaffee, kein Waschmittel, keine Mülltüten nichts.. Die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen, aber auch das war bei 8 Tagen tollen Aufenthalt auch nicht so wild. Alles in allem ein Traumhaus, ich würde selbst gern für immer da einziehen einziehen. 😍

Wir haben uns in der Finca sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft und der Pool waren wirklich makellos sauber, besonders der Außenbereich hat es uns angetan. Was für uns nicht weiter störend war, aber vielleicht wissenswert ist: Küchengrundausstattung wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffeepulver, zusätzliche Mülltüten etc. waren nicht vorhanden, das kauft man am besten noch selbst. Abgesehen davon war die Küche aber super ausgestattet! Die Unterkunft war so zentral gelegen, dass man mit dem Auto wirklich überall gut hinkommt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank! 😊

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt von 8 Tagen in der Finca. Die Finca ist in einem tollen mallorquinischen Stil gebaut und passt sich sehr gut der Umgebung an. Die Grünanlagen komplementieren die Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Auch der Pool, der ja gerne mal ein paar rostige Stellen aufweist, war makellos. Die Einrichtung passt super zum Ambiente und die Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Einziges Manko: auf den Bildern ist leider nicht ersichtlich, dass die Finca in hörbarer Nähe der Hauptstraße liegt. Das heißt man hat im Hintergrund immer ein Verkehrsrauschen. Das hat uns nicht weiter gestört aber sollte vielleicht erwähnt werden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Het verblijf was nog mooier dan de foto’s en omschrijving. Prachtplekje en zo comfortabel! Alles was netjes en schoon, alles wordt goed onderhouden. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en het verse fruit wat we eind van de week van de eigenaresse kregen. 100% aanbevolen!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sineu sehr genossen und empfehlen die wunderschöne Finca gerne weiter! Was uns sehr gefallen hat - toller Pool - super Terrasse auf der wir auch Ende Oktober noch alle Mahlzeiten genießen konnten - super Lage um Ausflüge in alle Richtungen Mallorcas zu machen - wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal - gute Restaurants in der Umgebung - die Tischtennisplatte fanden die Kids super - die Eigentümer standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung - ganz leckeres Willkommenspaket und frische Eier während unseres Aufenthalts Was man wissen sollte - die nahe gelegene Straße hört man - es gibt im Haus keine Grundausstattung wie Pfeffer, Salz, Essig, Öl
