Incredibly comfortable, cozy family stay with a beautiful view.

The property location, size, design, amenities, THE VIEW! Staying in the property felt like home . We didn't need to buy anything in addition as it had all the necessary items.

High-end vacation!

Apartment is exactly as described,very clean and lots of amenities. Stipe very helpful, arranged transport from and to airport, and was easily contactable. Apartment was directly on beach with sun beds and umbrellas provided for the private area. Good restaurants near by and a short bus service into Split town with ferry and train services available for day trips. All in all perfect!

Brilliant service!

The location is even better than the photos. Right on the beach with chairs and umbrellas and a wonderful walkway for maybe a mile?or more. Right there is nice food and gelato and even very nice live music from one of the restaurants (we were there at end of August). It is a really nice beach location—great for our three kids. We couldn’t have been happier with it. Grocery store very close by also. Inside is perfect.

Extraordinary journey!

Stipe’s place was very clean and exactly how the pictures described. Easily fit our 2 family’s in the space. I loved my stay here. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The bakery down the street was amazing. I would definitely come back only for longer.

Good location right on the beach

The apartament is just a few steps away from the beach and there are very good restaurants close by. The interior is spacious and equipped with all modern amenities. We spent a nice family holiday there!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Major-league holiday!

We had a wonderful stay in Podstrana and would highly recommend this property! The apartment was modern, spotless, and spacious, easily accommodating our extended family of eight. The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful and relaxing, with the beautiful beach just a few feet directly in front of the property. Having private beach umbrellas and chairs included on the quiet, almost private beach was a fantastic bonus and made our days by the water especially enjoyable. There are several very good restaurants within easy walking distance, while Split is close enough for evening outings and exploring the city. Our host, Stripe, was excellent and provided us with a great list of recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to visit—useful for both first-time and returning visitors to the Split area. All in all, this is a high-quality property in a beautiful and peaceful location. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it. Many thanks to our host.

Our stay at The Four Brothers beach villa was magical. It is a beautiful area near Split. The beach was easily accessible and chairs and umbrellas available. The villa was beautifully designed and easy to cook in. We all enjoyed it!

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The home was beautiful - even more so than shown in the pictures! The apartment is quiet, clean, and has beautiful views of the water. It it walking distance from the beach and near good restaurants and bars. Stipe was very friendly and responsive and gave us great recommendations of things to do in Split. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment!!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We had the most fantastic stay at this house! Is more than you expect. The house is beautiful, with everything you need fully equipped. The beach in front is also a great plus that allows to enjoy your holiday. We had a car which made going to town and other touristic areas easily. Stipe was a fantastic host, gave us great information and was always available Fully recommend

Special place!

Excellent! The wonderful view at the first glance from the window, which we could not get enough of the entire vacation. Fully equipped apartment with the most helpfull and friendly host Stipe provided us with a wonderful rest of vacation and we will definitely come back. Glorious residence!

The condo was beautiful! The view of the water was fabulous! We opened the windows and doors and the whole condo filled with the beautiful smell of jasmine growing outside the condo. Excellent restaurants, just a 2 minute walk away! The people of Croatia are so friendly! My only regret was we did not stay longer!

Spacious & beautiful apartment with an amazing view

Everything was amazing. From the host, to the spacious apartment and to the beach a stone throw away from the balcony. Everything you need is in the apartment. The apartment is on the main floor so we had access to a small yard for the kids to play and quick access to the beach. A short uber/bus ride to Split. We'll be back soon.

Brilliant service!

The apartment is great. Spacious, nicely decorated and fully equipped. It was the perfect place for our vacation. Next to the beach with a great view. It even had beach chairs and umbrellas. Good restaurants and grocery stores at walking distance. And a 20 minutes drive to Split downtown. It was just what we needed for a relaxing time at the end of our road trip. Stipe was also very helpful with lots of tips about where to go and he even got us the taxi that took us to the airport. We can’t recommend enough.

Major-league holiday!

I can't say enough about Stipe and his beautiful apartment/home. You walk into a pristine, but inviting living space overlooking the ocean, which flows into a well-appointed kitchen. All the bedrooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, two of which overlooked the ocean and could walk out onto the terrace. The patio with a table was a wonderful place to eat breakfast and enjoy cocktails in the evening. It was quiet, restful, and close to restaurants, markets, and a very easy drive to Split. Stipe was so helpful if we had questions or needed advice, he was there! We absolutely loved Croatia and the people and we will definitely return here!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We all enjoyed our stay at Stipe's place so much!! It was modern, clean, well decorated, spacious and close to so many great restuarants that are in walking distance. Restaurant Jure was our favorite! The steak, seafood and chicken we all had was delicious and the service and atmosphere are fabulous. We went to the very nearby grocery store and bought all we needed to enjoy light mealls, snacks and drinks in the beautiful outdoor dining space at the villa. The sunsets are just gorgeous. Be sure to catch one while you're there! We ubered to Split twice and it was an average of $11 euro, which was well worth it! We loved the outdoor market near the cruise port the most. So many nice things for great prices. Definitely take a visit to tour the historic area and enjoy a boat ride if you have time. Thanks for sharing your villa with us! We loved learning about the area and we all agree. It's definitely a place we'd love to come back to!

Ji labai tiko mūsų dviejų šeimų kompanijai. Atskiri kambariai, 5 vonios kambariai !!! Puikios bendros erdvės, paplūdimys tiesiog čia. Nemokami skėčiai, gultai - buvo tai ko nesitikėjom.

High-end vacation!

New, pristine, nicely appointed apartment with lots of natural light and great views of the Adriatic. A nice grassy yard and easy access to the beach which included lounge chairs and umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Close to restaurants and groceries. The host - Stipe - was really great. Proactive, responsive, resolved anything that came up very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay!

Az egyik legtökéletesebb nyaralási helyszín.

Nagyon minőségi és kényelmes terek vannak az apartmanban. 10 ember kényelmesen össze tud jönni enni, játszani, beszélgetni. Egy lépés csak a part. Pár méterre nagyon klasz étterem.
