The decor is very tasteful. <br>On the first floor, the main living area features a superb, fully equipped open kitchen (2 sinks, induction cooktop, 2 dishwashers, a very large American-style refrigerator, wine cooler, 2 ovens—including 1 microwave—a juicer, coffee maker, and food processors). The open kitchen leads to a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, a very comfortable living room with a fireplace, and a dining room that opens onto a large terrace, part of which is shaded by magnificent century-old pine trees. As is traditional, part of the terrace is covered, making it a very pleasant spot to relax, chat, have lunch, cook—in short, to enjoy wonderful, peaceful moments, whatever the weather! <br>The terrace is equipped with a large dining table, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with a griddle and sinks. <br>Upstairs, you’ll find a reading room and office area leading to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms<br>The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, all equipped with hotel-quality bedding and walk-in closets. All beds are king-size (180×200 cm), and two of them can be separated into twin beds measuring 90×200 cm. <br>Two bedrooms open onto a balcony with an Acapulco chair and a small table nestled among the trees—the perfect spot to admire the squirrels’ dance! <br>The other two bedrooms, meanwhile, offer a view of the pool (not bad either!)<br>The upper floor features two bathrooms with marble-clad walls, each equipped with a walk-in shower and a wall-mounted vanity with double sinks topped by backlit mirrors. One of the bathrooms also features a large bathtub. <br>Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautifully landscaped setting. <br>The saltwater-treated pool is heated and features a safety system with a sliding deck, ensuring your complete peace of mind and providing a removable terrace.
